"The staff at this hotel are top notch. They deserve all of the kudos. They truly made us feel like part of the family and also like we were VIPs. On to the room, GORGEOUS! So spacious and cool. Every suite has its own vibe and ours was on point. But let’s get to the star of the show, the bed. I have stayed at thousands of hotels in my life, but the bed in this hotel was like I was sleeping on a cloud. Nothing has topped this. Honestly. I did not want to leave it. Best nights sleep I have had in years. If you are looking for a convenient and elevated hotel experience in downtown Richmond, this is the place. Trust me"

"I went there once before and it was great stay may be cuz of my room location that time but this time bathroom tub was clogged bad maintenance didn’t show up till late evening and it was still clogged next morning. AC was too loud and outside street noise was too much. Overall it was an okay ish experience."

"Super cute atmosphere. We enjoyed the decor and unique art. Overall, the room was clean, but some things were in disrepair (exhaust fan and light in bathroom). The food was good, but the kitchen and dining service was lackluster. It was our first time to Richmond, so we didn’t know what to expect, the neighborhood is a mixed bag."
