when I made the reservation Expedia indicated that I will be entitled for the bottle of wine and early check in and late check out. This is as basic as it gets. I did not get the drink and they give me hard time for the late check out claim that I’m a Silver member and not Gold member which was not indicated when I made the reservation. It’s very unfortunate that this information that Expedia provided when making my decision was not accurate and misleading

Vriendelijke personeel, ruime kamer. De netheid kon wel beter, afstandsbediening was erg vies. De douchekop houder was kapot en kon gedurende ons verblijf niet gemaakt worden. Tevens kwam de schoonmaakster precies voor het avondeten en als je wilt inpakken voor het uitchecken. Ook de tafels en vloer in de ontbijtzaal kunnen schoner. De locatie is top, je bent zo in het centrum.

First, let me start by saying that the staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Paulina was an absolute joy to interact with. The property was absolutely magical, from the well appointed room with great amenities, sheets, shower/tub, comfortable bed, french door refrigerator, electric blinds, ambient lighting, spacious size, etc., etc. Also, the restaurant was wonderful and transported you to Thailand, Tibet, Bali, etc. with it's wonderful cuisine and great decor. I loved the property and will seek out other locations worldwide in my future travels. Bravo!!

Worst hotel
I was unfortunately really disappointed. The reception when you arrive is super small with low seilings and gives you hostel vibes. The whole hotel is in super dark colors and there is a lack of natural and artificial light. As it's surrounded by higher buildings natural light is really missing. The rooms are nice but the air conditioning didn't work so it was super hot. Its nit possible tu fully open the windows neither. Reception didn't seem to care. Also the shower had absolutely no pressure. You feel like in a camping car when you take a shower. Breakfast is ok but if you want the good stuff you will have to pay extra. Overall even with lower expectations then what the good ratings would suggest, it's a hotel to avoid. The checkout was particularly unpleasant as it take a long time to get the blocked money on the credit card back. I didn't try the spa or the fitness but if I understood right, the fitness is in another building and the spa is only up on reservation and at some extra costs? Overall one of the worst hotels I was in this category since a long time and I can't understand the overall positive reviews. I left the hotel after one night even I booked three.

The property was excellent. It was well located within walking distance of Ol-Town attractions yet quiet and obscure enough to be out in the open. The staff was helpful and friendly and we ate at the Buddha Bar which was up to worldwide standards. A great experience.

We chose to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary here and so very glad we did! Hotel is amazing. Room was wonderful. Staff could not have been better, nicer or more helpful. Its a perfect location for seeing Prague at its best. Highly recommend!

Accueil désagréable pour mon anniversaire, 600 euros d’empreinte bancaire pour le mini bar un peu excessif , point positif chambre magnifique et confortable et un brunch copieux et délicieux et accès direct au restaurant par ascenseur . Je viens de plusieurs années à cet hôtel, il y a un manque de reconnaissance et d’accueil des clients réguliers.
