location is the only thing I like
location is the only thing I am happy with. stayed in BOLOGNA for two nights, and I have changed 3 rooms. first one, opposite to the lift, too noisy, cud get rest till mid night, them awake by the noise at 7 in the morning. second room is located at 5th floor, quiet but broken bed....I nearly fell over and get hurt！！！finally, I stayed in an apartment style room which is located at ground floor. again....can't get rest till mid night, and wake up by the rubbish truck and road work around 7. sigh！

This is a great property if you wish to be nearby to some main places but far enough away from the busy areas of Prague. It only takes a few minutes to walk to some of the main streets, which is great! A good breakfast selection was provided. I would say the cleanliness needs some work or some things need replacing as they don’t work properly (our fridge wasn’t cold at all and the room smelled a bit funny). Other than that, great staff and great location for anyone!

The family room was nice and spacious with a small kitchen area. At first glance the hotel looks nice. The restaurant is nice and the food is a very good Italian menu. The parking worked well for us, it’s pricey but they park it for you and return it to you the day you leave. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. The main issue we had was with the air conditioning. There is no air conditioning, there is an air fan in a unit that looks like an air conditioning unit. It was difficult to open the windows as they were old and opened into the room over the top of the bed, so you could knock your head on them if you weren’t careful. Also the area around the hotel was noisy with people walking past in the early hours of the morning, then at 6am the bottle recycling truck turns up to empty the bottle bank! We also had some homeless people going through the bins in the early morning, breaking bottles and causing damage to cars parked behind the hotel. The breakfast choices were very good but breakfast was extremely busy and the tables were crammed in together. It wasn’t the relaxing break we had hoped for and we had very hot weather and we’re looking forward to a more comfortable nights sleep with the air conditioning. They offered to change our room but none of the air conditioning units were proper air conditioning they were fans and they didn’t go below 24 degrees.

Few blocks from the public transportation, bedroom and bathroom were sparkling clean. We stayed 5nights- room service every day. Rooms are good size for Europe. we had triple room A/C, 1King, 1 twin bed , 2 sofa chairs, ottoman, dinning table 2 chairs , coffee table , 2 dressers , small fridge, tv, coffee Kettle, plenty of room for the 3 of us. The breakfast Buffet had a large delicious options for everybody . 24hr front desk staff and everybody was very professional and helpful . The restaurant in the hotel has gluten free and delicious food. Location is perfect - walkable to most of the attractions. We bought 72 hr transportation ticket at the airport - only used it from/to airport . I definitely recommend to stay at Bologna Hotel . Thank u to the whole staff , they made our stay very pleasant ! ❤️. Check the bar next to the hotel 😉 open until 5am good food, beer, and excellent service. Prague is safe to walk at anytime . Lots of restaurants and bars near the hotel.
