2 metro stops away from old down square, Prague
The room space is okay, quiet, and clean. Breakfast not so abundant but enough for ordinary tourists. The staffs in the front desk are kind and helpful. In general, it's a satisfactory living experience.

離火車站五至十分鐘，酒店去火車站路上很少人，到了火車站附近才熱鬧和有些餐廳。房間感覺有點舊和小，勉強放兩個行李箱，只有一架升降機，接待處也很小，是小型酒店，一層就有五間房間。即使沒掛牌，清潔人員就直接進房間打掃。勝在離市中心/其他景點很近，通常兩個站內可到達。

We travelled in Europe for 3 weeks this summer and stayed in 6 different hotels. This hotel is the one we liked most. The room is air-conditioned and elegently decorated. It is very spacious, and the staff are very helpful. The best thing is the hotel provided a kettle so I could always have a nice hot drink after returning to the hotel. Although the hotel is not located in the old town where the most tourist attractions are located, it is close to the train and tram station. The breakfast is nice although the dinning room is always a bit crowded and noisy. If we travel again in Prague, we will choose this hotel to stay. Although the hotel has some shortcomings, in general, it is a NICE hotel.

Greit hotell, med god service Veldig harde senger, og det ligger litt utenfor selve byen ca 15 min å gå. God frokost, men litt trangt i spisesalen. Alt i alt ett greit hotell.

Thank you for your comment and rating,even though not many of our guests are complaining about the beds we understand that for everyone is comfortable bed something different. The breakfast room could be busy sometimes that is true but our guests could take their breakfast to the garden.After all we are happy that you enjoyed your stay in Prague.

I had a great stay at the hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very reasonably priced and even includes a free breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel in the new town
The hotel is located near metro stations (Metro C, I.P. Pavlova) and tram stops. Rooms are clean and luxurious. There is a wide choice of breakfast options. If you accept the price, it is one of the better options.

They had several pictures that I thought were pictures of the hotel but I didn’t see any of them when I was there the beds are really hard and the location from hotel to downtown was misleading I thought I was booked right downtown but it was pretty far over a 30 min walk.

Zimmer waren super sauber. Gepflegtes Ambiente. Frühstück für 12,00€ m.E. Zu dürftig. Sehr ungewöhnlich: es wurde 50 € Kaution verlangt, obwohl die Zimmer bereits bezahlt waren. Vermutlich, dass man nicht auf den Kosten der Minibar und Kaffee nicht sitzen bleibt. Ansonsten kann man das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Abbiamo pernottato in questo hotel per tre notti e siamo stati benissimo, accolti da uno Staff molto cortese e disponibile. La struttura è vicina a Piazza San Venceslao nonchè ai collegamenti per la città vecchia, tram e metro. Camera bellissima,confortevole e pulitissima. Lo consiglio vivamente.

宿泊の２か月近く前に予約していましたが、宿泊当日ホテルに着いた瞬間に「予約は取れているが部屋がないので他のホテルを紹介する」と言われました。周辺の環境（特に夜に歩いて帰る場合を想定した安全性）を含め立地のほか様々な条件を勘案して予約をしたので最低。。フロント係が一人しかいないせいもあり、出力した地図を渡されてホテルを移りました。移動先のホテルは立地はともかく（大通りから一本入った住宅街のなか、外観からは一見ホテルに見えない）、新しくセキュリティもきちんとしていたのは幸運でした。

I was really impressed with the size of my room it's bigger than my bedroom at home as was the bathroom. The decor is a little dated but it was in keeping with the rest of the hotel. It is however clean, well looked after and comfortable with all of the facilities you'd expect. The staff were both friendly and helpful, the receptionist even printed off my boarding passes for me. The only downside was the taxi I booked through the hotel for my transfer back to the airport turned up late. The driver did however reduce the fare as compensation and did his best to make up the time. Luckily it didn't have any impact on me getting my flight. There is a restaurant shared with the Amigo Hotel next door although I only used it for breakfast. Breakfast was the usual fare of hot and cold food, teas, coffees, juices etc. The location is good. There are a number of restaurants and bars on the same street and there's a metro station less than 10 minutes walk away. Prague isn't short on hotels but if I came back I would consider staying here again.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. 7 minutes walk to the tram stop. 10 minutes walk to the National Museum. Could do with new carpet and no charges for tea & coffee in the room. But all in all we had a great stay and would stay here again if we return to Prague.

excellent experience
It is very clean, room is big and comfort to stay. Washroom is big, show good, air condition great. They also offer kettle for water drink. WIFI great. The lady in front desk also helped me to print out the ticket. Overall, it was an excellent stay!
