This hotel is one of my absolute favorites of all time. It was immaculately clean, the amenities were incredible, and the space was magnificent. Ramona is such a wonderful person. She helped us kick our holiday off to a wonderful start- thank you!!! Great place if you’re traveling with little ones. Also, the location could not be better.

Excellent location no more than a 15 minute walk to practically anywhere we wanted to visit. Close to tram and subway stops for longer travel. Right in the heart of everything. But even better was the hospitality and kindness from the front desk at the hotel next door. We could not have wanted a more pleasant stay.

Location was excellent, just round the corner from the main square. The building was built in the 13th century, has some lovely original features but obviously has no air conditioning. Our room was large with an additional seating area which was lovely, however the decor was a little dull. When the restaurant was closing downstairs it was very noisy whilst the waiters were clearing the tables and chairs.

The welcome I received at the hotel was the warmest ever. The lady gave great advice on the surrounding area and what tourist traps to avoid. She then showed me to my room which I must say was amazing and exceed my expectations. It comprised of a hall way with a wardrobe a living room with a day bed dining room fridge and coffee machine. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and the bath was huge! The artwork in the room was really nice lots of prints of the local area. The location of the hotel is situated around a five minute walk from all the tourist hot spots and subway station. The only slight downsides were no English Channels on the tv and air con would have been nice. I think thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Prague and the black star suites and plan to return to both in the very near future.
