房間都很棒，除了地板外，似乎裝潢只有完成3分之二，地毯應該換了，有點老舊，除此之外都很好.床的枕頭很舒適，浴室的蓮蓬頭，水也很強，早餐很豐富，雖然花樣不多但都足夠了. 地理位置，是公車的總站，去地鐵只是在對面而已交通非常方便。

Bright cosy hotel in good location
Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious with wooden floor, very clean as well. Very cosy room. Down side was the beds were too small, aw well as the duvet. And the bathroom had very strong smell from the drainage. Location was very good. Tram station is right in front of the entrance. 2 supermarkets are 1 minute away. 15min walk to city centre.

Appreciate the early check-in. Very convenient location for shopping, reaching the train station and airport, and within walking distance to the old town, river, and castle. Very nice breakfast buffet. Very comfortable and spacious room with a clean bamboo-like floor.

Pretty lovely hotel
Breakfast is good. Staff are helpful. Highly recommended. Location is convenient with bus stop, light rail and metro just in front of the hotel. Also, a supermarket just opposite to the hotel.

無法評論好不好，我們晚上11:30分才到酒店，坐了十幾小時機，有時差，很攰很眼瞓，前台職員告訴我酒店今日overbook，所以無房比我，會搵架的士送我去另一間酒店住一晚，明日才接我返來，我其實來 布拉格七天都訂住這裡，因為我不喜歡日日搬酒店，我當時不懂反應，感覺非常不良好，從未遇過呢個情況，而且我好攰，所以接受了，瞓醒後同別人講起，個個都話不可接受，因為會打亂計劃，我們第二日一早又要執番晒啲行李，又要搬番去原來的酒店，會阻礙出行時間，為了不令自己旅行心情受到破壞，就不和他們爭抝，但他們無致道歉，亦無覺得自己做得唔好，由你們自己去評價喇。

I loved it at Botanique. The property is literally over the road from the Florenc metro station, making it really convenient to get around Prague. It is also very walkable to Old Town, if you don’t want to use public transport. All of the staff I interacted with were wonderful, and helpful with all of the questions I had about the hotel and Prague itself. The breakfasts were vast and had a HUGE range of options, and not the same each day so you didn’t get breakfast fatigue. The only issue I had while here is that the room I was in hadn’t had its bin emptied on my arrival but this was soon rectified when I told reception. If I revisit Prague, Botanique Hotel is high on my list of hotels to book with.

Hotel was very good nice rooms and communal areas. Room cleaning was quite late resulting in room not being cleaned when we returned to the hotel after 4 pm on two occasions. Hotel was just outside the nicer areas of Prague.

Great location as there is a metro and tram station opposite. Also there are a couple of supermarkets nearby for odds and ends. Great selection for breakfast and ate in the bistro a couple of times and food was good. Only negative was that room was very warm even with window open and air con so not sure what it would be like when weather is warmer.

I'm happy to be going back to the hotel again which I really enjoyed their hospitality. Friendly, helpful and pleasant service from the reception and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel is near to both the main bus station and trains station. Dining and shopping option is convenient and walkable distance to the old town square.

Honestly it was hard to fault this hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and check in was easy. There is a large nicely laid out restaurant and bar that had an excellent full buffet breakfast in the morning. And the breakfast was a very cheap addition considering how much was on offer and compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Breakfast also started at 6:30 which was a great help as i had a 7:30 bus to catch. Everything was clean, and the room was very large with a good, comfortable bed and large bathroom. The only fault i had was the toilet dripped a bit and the sink drain was clogged so soap and shaving debris caked the sink. The location was also excellent for me as it is right across from Florenc metro station and a 5 minute walk to the bus terminal. It is also only a 15-20 minute walk into the main tourist area. Well worth the price.

Super hôtel, tout y est présent (notamment une salle de musculation). La chambre était spacieuse. Le personnel est très compétent en cas de problème et il est relativement bien placé pour se déplacer dans Prague facilement avec de nombreux transports à proximité.

Impeccable cleanliness and fantastic morning breakfast. Very spacious and perfectly furnished rooms; bathroom with huge shower (we took a triple room). We haven't seen the gym but it will certainly be as beautiful as the rest of the facility. Excellent logistical location, right in front of 2 metro stops and some trams. 15 minutes walk from the center or 5 minutes by metro or tram.
