We really appreciate it and take all feedback into account. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the stay with us, however we hope, that slight inconvenience with the elevator did not spoil your impression of our hotel. Unfortunately it's not possible to have elevator access to all rooms (we have only 4 rooms without elevator) , howewer I can assure you that next time we will give you a room with the elevator access, you just have to ask for it in advance :). Our guest are normally really happy with our rooms on the top floor, because of their romantic atmosphere, but next time you can also ask for another room in advance.
