Hyvin tilava huone, ja erillinen vaatehuone. Kylpyhuoneessa amme. Yleisesti ottaen kaikin puolin hinta/laatu OK. Kannattaa ottaa korvatulpat mukaan, kaikki kadun äänet kuuluvat esteittä huoneeseen. Iloinen yllätys että rakennuksessa on hissi. Ja ainoa vakava miinus - keittiö ei ole todellakaan hyvin varusteltu, jos siellä ei saa kahvia valmistettua.

Apartment soweit in Ordnung. Sieht auf den Bildern etwas schöner aus als in Wirklichkeit. Im Badezimmer dusche schon etwas heruntergekommen sowie nicht dicht. Es hat ebenfalls im Badezimmer etwas muffig gestunken, vor allem nach dem duschen. Am TV war keine Verbindung zu Netflix oder ähnlichem möglich (keine Wlan/Netzverbindung). Sehr sehr hellhörig, schlafen war leider kaum bis nicht gut möglich. Der Fernseher im Nachbarzimmer war in der Nacht um 3 ebenfalls nicht zu überhören. Den Aufzug und die Türen hörte man trotz zwischentüre scheppern. Die Kissen waren unserem empfinden nach leider zu hart. Lage an sich top, aber auch Rückfrage bezüglich Parkplatzes wurde nicht reagiert. Einmal Ok, wieder würden wir es wahrscheinlich nicht mehr buchen.

First, the positives. The apartment is in a great location, close to the centre with a shop (Tesco) nearby as well as a food court and Levels (200+ arcade games!). It was described as having "a fully equipped kitchenette". All the appliances worked with plenty of plates, cups, cutlery etc. However, there's no tea, coffee, sugar or milk so bring your own. Grateful for the Tescos around the corner. There were far more negatives. Unfortunately, the apartment as well as the corridor/lobby is in desperate need of some renovations and TLC. There were holes in the paint and the shower leaked. The worst is that there was no heating during our stay. The radiators were ice cold to the touch and the place was freezing. We called for help, the technician bleed the radiators and left one of them leaking. They did come back to fix that but they were still ice cold, we were informed that the whole city was having a "heating shortage". The bed had thin sheets so it was a very uncomfortable few days with poor sleep; not helped by two tiny pillows and thinner curtains. I selected this apartment for me and my boyfriend as a simple "place to lay our heads", this was the most uncomfortable part of the stay. Cold, uncomfortable, woken by the lift and at the crack of dawn. I wouldn't stay again.

House in a great location! Kafka’s head is literally at 10 sec on the left of the appartment!! Mall, supermarkets, metro, and tram stops are super close. The Old Town is an 8-minute walk away and very easy to get to. The apartment is new and in excellent condition!

Nice place

Nice apartment, fair size, bright and clean. Big comfy bed. TV has HDMI port. Good location. Close to a big Tesco with loads of choice, good prices. Walking distance to square, bridge, a bit further to cathedral but nice walk. Loads of places to eat and soak up the atmosphere neerby. Lift takes you to one floor below the top so need to take a few steps and the lift is noisy at night so take ear plugs if you don’t want to be disturbed. We asked about early check in but was told keep a check on the online key, it will update when the room is ready, however if never did. We tried the digital key at the property 10 mins before check in and it worked so I’m not sure how effective the system is at updating. Regardless they don’t have to meet requests for early check in so 10 mins was a bonus!

Lo único que podría rescatar de esta propiedad es la ubicación. En cuanto a la limpieza todo pésimo, el horno está sucio y chorreado, y había un muy mal olor en el cuarto. La comunicación fue un poco difícil al momento del check in y no es nada fácil dar con la dirección a la primera.

Eccellente la posizione, mediocre tutto il resto.

Eccellente posizione vicina a metro, supermercati e città vecchia. Struttura molto vecchia, con stanze molto piccole, senza superfici di appoggio, lavandino adatto alla casa delle bambole. Ascensore più simile a un montacarichi, molto pericoloso. Rumori forti e continui degli scarichi.

Unkomplizierte Unterkunft an zentraler Lage

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Ecke beim rotierenden Kafka-Kopf - in der Nähe eines Einkaufszentrums sowie der Metro und einer zentralen Tramhaltestelle. Der ganze Online-Check-in ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und der Umstand, dass das Hotel keine Rezeption direkt im Hause hat (z.B. zur Deponierung von Gepäck) macht es etwas umständlicher - zumal der Check-Out auch bereits um 10:00 Uhr ist. Ich hatte ein sehr schönes Apartment, das über alles verfügte, was ich benötigte (inkl. einer kleinen Küche mit einem geräumigen Kühlschrank). Das Bett ist sehr bequem - die Kissen etwas weniger. Ich fand das Apartment ideal für meinen Aufenthalt und kann es als eine unkomplizierte und zentrale, ruhige und saubere Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Location is walkable to town square and Tesco supermarket nearby. Amenities is good with full kitchen equipment. Downside is the poor sound proofing, the old lift cranking sounds and neighbor noises makes it hard to sleep.
