居然給我一間身障的房，無障礙的浴室，洗完後，浴室都是水。低矮的床，有些不方便。頂樓有開放空間，不錯的景觀。

地點佳，設施(有電梯、空調)好
地點十分方便，附近有電車及地鐵站，又有超市及餐廳，7分鐘內步行到天文鐘。酒店位於大街上，晚上回酒店不怕靜和黑暗。若房間向大街会有点吵，但可接受。因夏天到訪，空調十分充足，還配有迷你雪櫃，惟需自攜電水壼。酒店有電梯，早餐豐富。

The location is excellent. You can reach the major tourist spots within a short time and easy to find. Though the room is not too big, everything thing is cosy. The room view is good especially with the big glass window, which makes the room has enough natural light. The place for breakfast is a bit small.

Good location
The hotel is located in town center, very close to metro station. Rooms are clean and tidy, breakfast is great. But it can get a bit noisy at night.

Things are all good except wifi.
Everything is good except the wifi dropped on the device sleep...so I have to reconnect 50 times a day. It is a non smoking hotel and they give you a very good rooftop to smoke, very good view but closed after 10 pm.... Summer is already and I don't want to goes out to smoke during winter.

This is my first time to Prague. The hotel room is small and crowded for 2ppl. But if you not always stay in the hotel, I highly recommen you to choose it. It was because the hotel is easy to locate, just near tram & MRT station. You only need to walk to those historic spot. The breakfast buffet was great also.

A good boutique hotel in Prague
Centrally located in the heart of Prague with numerous places of interest close by. Housekeeping was good and staff were polite and help. Breakfast is quite good. Hotel rooms were tastefully designed, and facilities were adequate except that no kettle was provided.

沖澡的地方稍小，飯店位置走路便可達大部分重要景點，近電車與地鐵站，地理位置佳！可惜無法如預訂相片中從住宿的房間中看到美景，不過自己走走即可!

Choose the same hotel 8 years apart to travel in Prague. It's located between the old town and the new town. You may need a bit walk to the main area/ Charles Bridge about 15-20 mins. Breakfast is nice and variety choices.

Great position but some issues with the room
The hotel was in an excellent position, the room size was ok and very clean. The breakfast was good and the staff were lovely. However we had a problem with our room (802) where the thermostat in the room clearly didn't work as it was SO hot. They staff were very quick and sent up an air con unit but that also didn't work properly and kept turning off. So in all it was a reasonable hotel in a great position but had problems.

Hotel bien ubicado y limpio.
Hotel muy bien ubicado para ir a todos los sitios andando, el metro está justo al lado, la habitación era amplia y el baño muy limpio, por la zona donde está el hotel hay mucha gente ya que está en pleno centro, el desayuno bastante completo y decente, desde la terraza del hotel puedes tener unas impresionantes vistas de la ciudad. No habla nadie español en recepción, cosa que no es un problema, la alfombra roja en la habitación no nos gustó mucho aunque la mantienen limpia. Un hotel bien ubicado y confortable.
