以這個價位算是很不錯的了
單論飯店附近是沒有什麼商店的，但走路就可以到城堡，那附近有比較多商店跟餐廳。去舊城區也非常方便，走路5分鐘可以到公車站，坐公車15分鐘內可以到。 房間內很乾淨但不奢華，就是很一般的旅館，WIFI滿快的，沒有連不上的問題。櫃檯人員基本上英文都能基本溝通，不是太大問題。早餐部分比我想像中的好，比基本早餐再豐盛一點，但偏向歐式，有些人可能就吃不慣。 整體而言我覺得以這個價位住這個旅館非常滿意。

It could be a be better, the shower room had mildew on the wall and the drain was clogged, I keep the towels on the rack to keep using but the cleaning lady was charging every day but she was not cleaning the bathroom ☹️

Tres bien situé a proximite du chateau et du tramway. Les petits dejeuners semblaient bien, mais ne les avons pas pris sur place. Notre chambre etait tres mal aérée, devenant tres chaude le jour. Ascenseur bruyant; eviter les chambres a proximite. Personnel tres peu avenant.

We have recently hired new staff and I understand that they may still be adjusting to their roles. However, I am optimistic that their performance will improve over time. WIFI is non existing, hotel is decent
The hotel lies outside of where "stuff" happens - so be prepared for long walks up and down steep hills. On the plus side there are almost no traffic so you can sleep with windows open easily. The hotel is old'ish and could do with a refurb. The wifi they advertise is amongst the worst wifi's I have had the "pleasure" of using on a hotel. Either their router is in the lobby and they have no repeaters - or its just very poor. The fact is that our plans about watching a movie at night was not possible - speedtest said around 1KB/s - so we had to use our data plans. The staff was not very friendly, but not unfriendly either - which I think might be caused by their english not being very good. ( I am not a native english speaker myself). We had a room just next to the elevator, which was not ideal since the elvator made a lot of noise every time it was used, so it was hard to fall asleep. The morning buffet was realitively good considering the price - lots of local treats. Overall a good experience - but if I had to stay here again - I would ask for a room furthest away from the elevator - and a room where the wifi was actually working.

Ottima la posizione dell' hotel, con vista del monastero Loreta dalla nostra camera, per raggiungere il Castello ed il centro di Praga sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici La fermata dei tram si trova proprio difronte all hotel Molto comodo il grande parcheggio, chiuso da una sbarra, dove lasciare custodita l auto per chi, come noi, raggiunge la città in auto La struttura estremamente è molto trascurata e non invoglia ad entrarci Ma non lasciatevi ingannare dall' esterno e dalla reception in quanto le camere ed il resto della struttura sono più curate La nostra camera era molto piccola (un po' troppo piccola) ma con una splendida vista Sulla pulizia non possiamo dare un ottimo giudizio in quanto la camera veniva, a nostro avviso, solo sistemata (rifacimento letti e cambio asciugamani, senza pulizia del bagno e degli arredi) La colazione molto abbondante con più cibo salati, e piatti tipici cechi, rispetto a quelli dolci Nel complesso siamo stati contenti di aver soggiornato in questa struttura!

very nice structure in an excellent position
excellent position nearby the castle and other attractions of the city center; 20 min. from the Charles bridge. breakfast was ok, the room pretty large and well organized, and the overall structure ins quite nice (better than what appears in the picture, particularly inside)

Waren jetzt zum 2. mal in dieser Unterkunft ,davor vor 13 Jahren .Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, könnte mal eine Schönheitsreparatur vertragen, vorrangig Badezimmer, hätte es ein wenig nötig Lage ist aber Top 👍Personal sehr freundlich ..Frühstück ist im Preis enthalten und dafür völlig inordnung Waren wieder sehr zufrieden, sollte es nochmal nach Prag gehen ,würde es wieder in dieses Hotel gehen

Ne mérite pas ses 3,5 étoiles
Nous y avons séjourné à 4 pendant 2 nuits avec 2 chambres. Notre réservation n’a pas été correctement prise en compte par l’établissement. Une chambre double ok, Mais notre demande d’une vraie seconde chambre double avec 2 lits n’a pas été honorée malgré la promesse de la réception pour la 2ème nuit. Attention le prix d’une chambre dite double avec un seul lit de 110 et le même que pour une vraie chambre double avec 2 lits, donc au final un des enfants a dû dormir au pied du lit. Remise sur le prix du parking ! Dérisoire !

Super poloha a čistota pokoje
Pokoj byl velmi čistý, pohodlné postele, snídaně byla na úrovni. Oceňuji blízkost Pražského hradu. Kvůli tomu jsem tuto destinaci zvolil. Měli jsme krásný výhled na Černinský palác, Loretu a také na Pražský hrad.

Városnézés céljából foglaltuk a szállást. Tökéletes döntés volt. A szállás kényelmes, közel van a gyalogos városnézéshez is de 22-es villamosmegálló a hotel előtt van. A reggeli óriási választékkal kiadós. A kávé és a sütik finomak. Minden nap volt újdonság a reggeli kínálatában. A parkolás fedett helyen 300 csk/nap, de a kocsink 10m-re volt a hoteltől, zárt helyen biztonságban. A recepció és a konyha segítőkész.

Ideaal voor reizigers met wagen
Wandelafstand tot het centrum, maar terugweg is bergop. Je kan ook tram 22 nemen, die stopt voor de deur. Deze tramlijn is trouwens aangereden voor een sightseeing tour. Tickets te koop bij de receptie. Ruime gratis parking met slagboom. Vraag kamers aan achterzijde. Uitgebreid ontbijt.

Guter Ausgangspunkt
Das Hotel liegt auf der Prager Kleinseite in der Nähe vom Veitsdom auf dem Hradschin. Die eine Hotelseite ist sehr ruhig mit toller Aussicht ( +10 €/Nacht), die andere Seite ist von der Altstadt abgewand und liegt an einer Kreuzung mit Straßenbahn Station, zum schlafen vollkommen ausreichend mit gut gedämmten Fenstern. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Karlsbrücke und kann abends bequem mit der Tram wieder den Berg hoch fahren ( 3 Tage ca. 12 € ). Das Auto schläft angeblich auf dem Hotelparkplatz für 12€ die Nacht!

Very pleasant comfortable hotel. Friendly helpful staff who spoke good English. Very good breakfast. Convenient location. About 10 minutes walk down hill to Castle and further 10 minutes to Charles Bridge. Tram stop right outside hotel. Highly recommend

I booked a room at EA Hotel Jelení dvůr Prague Castle on late tuesday evening 24.4.2018 via Hotels.com. Immediately after booking I noticed that the reservation was unintentionally logged on tuesday. I immediately sent an email to the hotel Jeveni that the reservation was meant for Wednesday 25.4. and we will be there tomorrow on Wednesday. The hotel answered to come back to the matter the next day. The answer: "We can promise you room but as u reserved yesterday by mistake, we are not able to change it with via hotels. So if you wanna to stay in our hotel you have to pay extra 45 euro. Let us know if its ok for you. " Wednesday the hotel demanded 45 euros and no compensation for the night we had already paid. We had paid 40,50 euros. The demanded price was 4,50 euro higher price for the next night. We would have been willing to pay the difference, but the hotel kept my money for the night we were not at the hotel and so we did not stay at the hotel at all. In Hotels.com reservation page is written, that Hotels.com never charge your credit card. But this time they did it. I think the hotels action was unacceptable, because there was an error in my booking, to which I reacted immediately. Even Hotels.com has been flexible before, but this time the hotel Jeleni dvur Prague Castle only blamed Hotels.com. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The question is not the position of a single receptionist, but the matter was even considered by the hotel's management.
