good alternative to staying in Prague

hotel room is spacious and self contain, just as described. location is excellent, all the famous attraction is within walking distance. We can also use the gym and swimming pool of intercontinental hotel, which is a bonus. So this is a good place to stay for visitor staying more than 3 days.

Smelling cigarette inside a non-smoking room

It shared some facilities with the Intercontinental Prague Hotel, which was a good experience. I wish I stay there instead of the Golden Prague Apartment. Remark: Room Comfort - I booked a non-smoking room in the Apartment, however I can smell cigarette inside the room. It gave me headache when staying in the room, using the bathing etc. Did reported to CS, but the smell of cigarette never gone. Hotel Staff - I should say the cleaning ladies are very hard working in the Apartment, but I never expect they have to tidy up our room in the early morning. They did knocked the door for entering and apologised for the disturbing. Most of the Hotel/Apartment staff are very friendly when we met them face to face.

睡床選用的床單被套非常柔軟舒適。交通亦很便利。唯尋找酒店是多花了時間。因為它的入住手續需要在旁邊的Intercontinental 酒店辦理。然後公寓入口在比較隱蔽的地方。

Romslig, praktisk junior leilighet, enkel standard

The Golden residence was a clean well positioned apartment block linked with the Inter Continental Hotel next door. It has a fridge, kettle, microwave and a cooking area. Hairdryer in the bathroom and a funky iron board kept in the desk drawer! Would use again on any future visit to Prague

This was really a lovely property managed by the Hotel Intercontinental in Prague. The location was great. 10 minutes walking to anywhere. The staff was amazing. I was checked in in less than 3 minutes. The apartment was in pristine condition with a lovely interior. There is plenty of storage space and closets, and in-room safe, full room service menu 24 hours a day, on-site spa and sport facility (pool, gym, etc.) I had some spa treatments which were fantastic. The kitchen was perfect and had everything for serving 4 plus cookware. There was a cook top, oven, large fridge, microwave, and even a tiny dishwasher, which was nice. I appreciated the washing machine and dryer I(down the hall) and especially the security locks on the doors: an actual chain lock, dead bolt and button lock. I felt secure. The apartment was incredibly quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. My only minor complaints were: (1) no dish soap in the kitchen - just dishwasher tabs; (2) drain plug did not work in the bathtub and the water kept draining out; (3) the sink in the bathroom did not drain very well; (4) in the afternoon, a nearby school released the children and they were often excessively noisy (only a problem if the windows are open). Some reviewers complained about the "open wall" in the unit. It is an interesting design choice but, yes there is a pass through from the master bedroom to the living room, i.e., and "open wall." It didn't bother me but I was alone.

Comfortable apartment in Prague

We spent 4 nights in Golden Prague residence and it was within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Prague. The apartment was very clean comfortable and airy it was great to be able to open the windows. Air conditioning was very good . The kitchen was fine though we did not use it . Room service was excellent. These apartments are part of the Intercontinental Hotel next door and this is where you check in. As regards Pargue it is a beautiful city but i found it to overcrowded even in end of September and also it was much more expensive than i expected. This is one city i probably will not return to . I would highly recommend Golden Prague residence though .
