精緻的酒店，服務非常好，接待處的職員給予很多很細心的幫助，不厭其煩為我解決問題。酒店的早餐十分豐富，選擇多又美味，絕對值得。房間舒適，大小還可以，如果想寬敞一點可訂豪華房，稍貴一點。位置離老城區約二十分腳程，可沿着河畔慢慢走，坐Uber也只是七八十元，十分方便。附近有超市及小商店，也有許多餐廳酒吧。如果再來布拉格，我仍會選擇此酒店。

Also it is very unfortunate there is no comment about your stay so we cannot find out what went wrong in order to fix our misconduction. We always try to provide an exceptional services to all our guests and fulfill all their requirements. 不知道為什麼飯店提供了無障礙客房給我們，雖然整體來說沒有太大的影響，但怎麼覺得怪怪的，所有設備都設計較低需要彎著腰才能使用

Park Inn Hotel Prague的服務人員很熱情,一開始雖然在房間的分派上有些波折,讓人不太開心,但後來總算順利解決,住進如預期有陽台及景觀的客房.早餐很棒,早餐的服務也非常優.離電車站不遠,交通算是很便利.這間是綠飯店,沒有主動提供個人盥洗用品,但在網站上好像沒有註明,有些小小不便.但這些都是小問題.整體住宿的感覺很不錯.

My wife and I stayed at the Hermitage for 4 nights in April 2024. We were very impressed with the hotel. Our room (superior) was very large with a nice sitting area with 2 soft comfortable chairs and a desk and chair well away from the bed. The bed was very comfortable although the duvet could have been slightly bigger. The bathroom was excellent with a very powerful walk-in shower, good supply of hot water and nice soft towels. The buffet breakfasts provided by the hotel were very good with a wide range of types of food and a wide selection within each range We also ate one night in the hotel and again there was a good choice on the menu (my wife and I have a restricted choice of foods we like) and the food was excellent. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, as were the staff on rception. Our only negative was the noise from the trams and the trains during the night which made sleeping slightly difficult on the first night. This was despite thick double glazing and and an extra glass window (3 layers of glass). We were in the corner room shown on the picture and had we been in a room above the entrance, I believe it would have been OK.

The service in this hotel is absolutely wonderful and first class. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and taken cared of. The hotel is modern and has great amenities. The buffet breakfast is excellent, in my opinion. The hotel is not in the Old Town square but it’s close enough. Transportation is convenient as there are trams 5minutes away—and not just one tram but multiple trams available. It’s close to the river so one could take a walk by the river on the way to Old Town square. You’d reach Old Town square in about 20 minutes. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. And what makes it great are the service and amenities the hotel provides.

Reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Innenstadt ist fussläufig relativ gut erreichbar. Alls in allem war es ein wirklich angenehmer und schöner Aufenthalt in einer wundervollen Stadt. Wir kommen wieder!

Well located near tram stop. Downside is trams run through the night and can be quite noisy. (I was on 1st floor.) Spacious large room with comfortable bed, nice shower, and enough storage space for a weeklong stay. Breakfast excellent (but a little expensive).

A nice modern hotel, great breakfast, good gym with an outdoor patio, the old town is easily accessible by a tram. There was no iron in the room. Sometimes you can hear trains passing by but the windows are very well soundproofed.
