住宿地點近老城區，Palladium購物中心旁的巷內鬧中取靜
住宿地點近老城區(可沿路散步過去)，Palladium購物中心旁的巷內鬧中取靜，附近有電車站交通算方便。 住宿地點和辦check-in的地方不同(隔一條街)，check-out也須將鑰匙拿去櫃檯還。布拉格的門牌不太好認，我們抵達時雖然用google map導航但是原地繞了好久(明明就在民宿旁邊了)，最後問當地人才順利找到大門。櫃台人員英文佳也很熱心願意解答問題，如果血拚過頭，也可代訂去機場的付費接駁車。我們遇到的司機大哥人很好，總的來說布拉格人普遍很友善、熱心助人。英文不通時可適時拿出google translate。 飲食方面，住宿點對面有餐廳(沒去吃過)，巷口左邊是H&M，右邊有家中餐館口味台灣人可接受(有點貴，一碗單人份湯要80克朗)，巷口過馬路對面也是一家賣場，門口的咖啡館很雷(貴又難吃，麵包冷硬沒烤過、鮭魚顏色很特殊感覺不太新鮮)，賣場裡有一家DM藥妝店但是沒什麼德國品牌的東西(例如雙心牌非常少)。 第一次遊捷克的感想是，雖然物價與其他一線歐洲國家相比偏低(例如德國)，但因布拉格是知名旅遊城市，物價和巴黎一樣其實非常高(高於台灣)。想買精品的朋友可以找折扣，如無折扣僅退稅，不一定比台灣便宜很多。Palladium裡購物滿2000可直接到一樓服務台預辦退稅，但退稅單仍需到機場蓋海關章。

Ruhig und sauber. Die Betten sind sehr hoch und etwas schwierig rein zu kommen , für ältere nicht so bewegliche leute vielleicht nicht zu empfehlen. Küche sollte mal erneuert werden. Sonst aber sehr schön und eine perfekte lage um die schöne Stadt zu erkunden

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist auch super, da man schnell im Zentrum ist. Man könnte eventuell die Unterkunft etwas besser ausschildern, da es nicht offentsichlich zu erkennen ist, wenn man vor den Appartments steht. (Sehr kleines Aushängeschild). Parken ist auch sehr schwierig. Wir würden aber trotzdem diese Unterkunft wieder besuchen.

Mycket fin lägenhet. Det städades varje dag och handukarna bytes ut också varje dag om man ville. Det fanns möjlighet till att tillaga mat. Kyl, frys och tvättmaskin fanns. Trevlig personal i receptionen. Lätt att få ut nycklarna även om man kom senare än checknings tiden. Mycket trevligt boende med storstaden runt hörnet. Rekommendera detta boende varmt.

Clean and spacious apartment. Equipped with kitchen and washer and 2 bathrooms. Good location.Keep in mind that this is also located on a busy street, lots of noises specially early in the morning. We had to call cops and building manager while we were there. 3 guys were trying to get in the building around 4 am, they kicked the door many times. It took a while for the cops to come. They showed up together with the building maintenance personnel and left. They never fixed the damage to the door and secured it for the remainder of our stay there.

The apartment is great, well located close to everything, well equipped kitchen for holidays, comfortable beds. The box to get the key got stuck a little and it was difficult to open it even with the right code and the initial cleaning was perfect, but the next day the floor was not cleaned and one of the beds was not made.

Nous avons réservé ce logement prévu pour 6 personnes et nous étions 5, mais il était finalement préparé pour 4. Il nous manquait donc le nécessaire de couchage et 1 chaise pour la 5ème personne. Accueil glacial pour le check-in. Pas d'eau chaude le 1er soir ! La cuisine est très peu équipée. 2 fait-tout, 1 poêle et c'est tout. Aucune casserole et quasi aucun ustensile. Plaque 4 feux gaz, mais 1 seul utilisable. Descriptif annonçant 1 sèche linge, mais seulement 1 ridicule tancarvil. Option fer et table à repasser, mais option non existante une fois sur place. Pas de cafetière. Réception fermée aux horaires d'ouverture. Lits qui grincent terriblement. Mis à part tout cela, l'appartement était bien et bien situé à 10/15 minutes de la place de la vieille ville.

The room is for 4 guests and that is why it was prepared for 4 people, excluding the extra bed you requested which has been provided. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt, auch die Schlüsselübergabe außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, es kann alles zu Fuß erreicht werden. Parkplatz im nahegelegenen Shopping Center (etwas teuer mit 40,00€/Tag) aber sicher. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, allerdings kein Wohnzimmer und nur 4Stühle bei 6er Belegung. Kücheneinrichtung sollte der Bettenanzahl angepaßt werden. Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre schön, aber ich weiß nicht, ob hier Kaffee so wie in Deutschland zubereitet wird. Die Zudecken im Winter sind etwas dünn, dass muss man dann mit höherer Raumtemperatur ausgleichen. Wenn es ein Problem gibt, wird es sehr schnell behoben. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

What could have been a great apartment was really disappointing - we stayed in a Superior apartment (403) and both beds were broken and the mattresses thin and compressed so very uncomfortable. The bedspread also had blood on it. The gas hobs ignition didn't work as it was missing and the hobs extractor fan was broken. The safe didn't have a key so we couldn't use it. I contacted reception about this but was fobbed off each day that a technician would come and no one ever came - they obviously do this for a couple of days and then you're gone and they don't have to pay for any repairs. It was obvious these weren't new issues - extremely disappointing. The good things were a good sized apartment, the transfer I arranged through reception to/from the airport was excellent and worth the 50 euros. We loved Prague and would recommend it for a family break, lots to see and do.

Gut gelegenes Appartement
Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen und gut eingerichtet. Kleine Details fehlen oder sind je nach Apartment unterschiedlich. Zum Beispiel hatten wir keinen Toaster, das andere Apartment aber schon. Alles in allem aber sehr empfehlenswert für die Lage und den Preis.

Fantastiskt läge och väldigt rymlig lägenhet. Smidig check-in trots att receptionen låg på en annan gata och den stängde klockan 17. Nyckeln hämtade vi enligt överenskommet i en box. Viktigt att meddela hotellet om man kommer efter receptionen stängt. Lite jobbigt att inte kunna få kontakt med någon efter 17. Varmvattnet i duschen som vi hade blivit lovade uteblev. Och det saknades sängkläder till bäddsoffan men sängarna var stora så det gick att dela. Vi sov bara en natt. Men trots lite gropar på vägen var helhetsupplevelsen helt ok. Skulle kunna tänka mig att bo där igen.

Close to City Center
The airport is roomy. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils but not seasonings. The A/C did not work but was not necessary. The bathroom is well stocked with soap and towels, a hair dryer, and washing machine. Brush up on your Czech to know how to operate the machine. No directions in other languages was provided. Laundry detergent was provided as well as a rack to dry said laundry. The bed was not comfortable, old and sinking in the middle. The furniture was old, dirty looking and sometimes broken. The apartment is blocks from the city center and most of the touristy areas. There are places to eat around the apartment but they have late opens or don't always follow the posted hours. They will hold your luggage until 5. A late arrival is fine if you don't mind getting a key from a coded box.

Central lejlighed med lav komfort
Beliggenhed er helt i top. Stille gade tæt på metro og tram og i gåafstand til alt i den gamle bydel. Gode indkøbsmuligheder i nærheden. Lejligheden var godt slidt. Madrasserne var gamle og bulede og topmadrasserne fungerede som radiatorer, så alle vågnede op svedende i løbet af natten. Ingen AC Af en eller anden grund gøres køkkenet i lejligheden ikke rent, men det er ingen undskyldning for, at der ved check-in er indtørrede madrester under dækkeservietterne. God service i reception Lever ikke op til de fire stjerner

Good stay
Stay was good. Loved that they had the washing machine and heater in the toilet as well so clothes were able to dry quicker. Place is not too far off from train station and old town but there's a tram/bus stop nearby if you need them. Prague has a 90min transport ticket that can be conviniently used for these purposes - just buy onboard.

O apartamento é realmente muito bom e bem localizado. No entanto, infelizmente alguns problemas de manutenção. Havia um problema na banheira e quando usada, saída água do chão. No primeiro dia tudo ficou inundado. Ligamos para a administração e rapidamente foram resolver, porém 2 dias depois o problema estava de volta. Pia do banheiro entupida. De resto, staff muito atencioso e prestativo .

Awesome Stay with Family
We visited Prague with my family over couple of days and we have stayed at Lovely Prague Apartments. The team helped diligently even though I arrived Prague around 18:30 which is out of their working timeslot and I checked in without problem. The correspondence was crystal clear and team instructed every detail very carefully through mail. Apartment was quite clean, had no undesired issues during our stay in Lovely Prague Apartments. Location is top and we arrived each touristic spot by feet. We have used cab for several times, but the location is very helpful that you pay very little even you travel a lot by car.
