Very bad services apartment!
Very BAD experience and we missed our train because of the staff (a lady) of the apartment. We asked the staff to book a taxi the day before our departure. There was a man behind us and the staff told us that he was a taxi driver. Relyed on her, we booked with the tax driver to pick us up next morning. When we left, the taxi driver didn't show up. The reception office was supposed to open but no staff there. Finally, we reached the train station too late and missed our train. Will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

Dear Suet, At 08:45 a.m. was the time you asked to be picked up. The driver was waiting for you from 8:30 a.m. till 9:10 a.m. He called us to cancel the service because you never showed. Our receptionist was in the office and she reported that nobody ring the bell or call by phone to our number where it is written on the door. We do not know if you wanted a diferent time, but in this cases you should to contact to the reception by phone or going in person. We are sorry if you had any inconvenience, but we want to clarify that is was not our falut. Thank you for your understanding. MH Apartments

Great location
MH apartment Central Prague is in great location. It is closed to Metro, Tram and supermarket and local restaurants. We will stay here next time when we are in Prague for sure.

Zeer ruim. Prima locatie, je bent met de tram zo in het oude centrum. Wel issues met satelliet tv (ontvangst viel vaak weg) en verwarming (cv sloeg diverse keren af)

Visiting family
We could only stay 2 nights as the apartments were booked out but we would have stayed longer and will definitely stay again if we can get a booking. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything needed including a thoughtful greeting pack (crisps, olives etc). We arrived late at night (11:00pm) and were greeted by a friendly receptionist who processed everything speedily so we had time to get some food in. With such a good tram and underground service close by getting into and around Prague was easy, We visit Prague often and have stayed at MH Apartments on several occasions, usually at MH River Apartments in Smichov with this being our 1st stay at MH Apartments Central Prague but will now prefer Apartments Central. However the problem is that they are often booked up for the weekends.

One week vacation
Nice place in centre of Prague. Apartment is modern with all equipment. Apartment was clean and tidy. Only some dishes wasn’t clean. Staff was professional. Chambermaid work good.

Apartment was amazing. The only minor issue was that I had booked 2 apartments (sand type) and they were both very different! One was of a much higher caliber than the other.

The property is close to the inner city and trams. They provide a map which incorporates basic translations for Czech common words, suggestions for planning sight seeing days and organizes transport to the airport or train station at fair rates.

The rooms were large and comfortable . Kitchenette is functional. There was a complimentary espresso. Bath is small. There was no housekeeping at the hotel. Floors are wet, and towels, too. Tranportation is easy , there is a tram stop called Botanicka Zahrada.
