Staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is very close to metro station and there are many stores and supermarket nearby which is convenient. The room is clean and big, but looks a bit empty, would be better if there is more declaration or more cabinet for storage.

飯店就在捷運站旁而已 捷運站出口還有超市可以晃 和食物可吃 非常便利 抵達一航廈機場後 出關右前方就有販售車票的機台 買好車票後 出機場大門 門口過馬路就是公車站 打100號公車 到終點站Zlicin 轉地鐵 搭程B黃線 11站Národní t†ída下車 有升降梯可以搭 出來後走五分鐘內就可以到飯店 飯店很大 也寬敞 櫃檯服務人員很熱情 房間部份這次被安排在四樓 電梯抵達四樓後 還需要爬大約十階梯的樓梯 才到房間 但入房後 很寬敞 對外視野也不錯 浴室也是蠻大 冷氣也是很強 怕冷的不要開太低 但網路非常緩慢 …. 絕對是災難 早餐很豐盛 也好吃 一早就跟朋友喝香檳 這種日子很愜意 香檳也是免費 這裡離景點都很近 走路就可以到 不太需要買車票 走走看看市景 感覺很棒

location of hotel is very good , staffs are helpful n give good recommendation of traditional food restaurant . Buffet breakfast has lots of choices and change daily for certain items . Only comment is the airconditionor that will turn off automatically at nite .Will recommend friends for this hotel for sure n definitely will revisit it in future.

The hotel is centrically located in the old town Prague. Every thing you want to visit is 10-30 away from the hotel. Our room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also large. The breakfast was amazing and with a large variety of food. The staff was very helpful and polite.

The hotel is conveniently located, but the rooms could benefit from some updates. The bed on the second floor, accessible via a staircase, was ok. However, the air was stuffy as you couldn't open the window properly. The bathroom was on the smaller side. Overall, it's not a grand hotel, but ok for a short stay.

The hotel is centrally located 10-20 minutes walk to all the sites to see in old town Prague. The rooms are large and the beds confortables. The breakfast are very good with a large variety of foods. The people are very attentive and helpfull.

The hotel itself is ok, bit too far away drom 5 stars, especially because the service. Very poor. Everything is the client’s problem to solve. You do not really feel welcome when you need to talk to the staff (expect in the restaurant - they were really nice!)

Very nice, pleasant hotel. Very convenient location for a short city break ( walking distance to oldtown, lots of restaurants near by, location is very central but quieter at the same time).
