I went to Prague, this hotel, with my son. It’s an amazing hotel, very relaxing atmosphere with an excellent breakfast buffet which has everything for every taste. The swimming pool and sauna are excellent and clean. Staff are very caring, polite and welcoming. For the first time they had a celebration on Christmas Eve ( the hotel manager told me that was their first time), 4 hours of dinner with live music( a violinist and a singer who did their performances as solo, also sometimes together) both excellent performance. My only suggestion would be to make sure everyone can see the performers, I couldn’t see because our table was behind a curtain, which could’ve been avoided very easily. This was I’m sure because it was the first time of this celebration in the hotel. Otherwise it was great. This was our second time to go to Prague and to this hotel. On both occasions we had an amazing time. Thank you

An excellent hotel + equally excellent location

For anyone travelling to Prague who wants a central location, the most amazing breakfast with live harp or violin music, the most comfortable beds and bedding plus a spa that is relaxing and wonderful topped off with staff that has the care of their customers are the forefront, then this is the hotel for you. This hotel in Prague is one of the best hotels that I have stayed at in the world. To all my fellow Canadians, this is the hotel for YOU!

We had a very nice and relaxing stay with very friendly and helpful staff. Meters away from public transportation, walkable to major attractions. Will only stay at NH Carlo IV when in Prague!

Great hotel

Beautiful hotel close to the centre of town but far enough out to be nice and quiet. Great pool, and service was top notch. Would definitely stay here again.
