This was the perfect combination of location, amenities, and value. Loved that we had a full kitchen and living area so that we could relax after long days of touring. The restaurant and included breakfast were very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Amazing location near train station and major shopping area. Walkable to a lot of tourist attractions but hotel room is quiet. Room was comfortable with a good amount of space. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is perfectly located, new and stylish. The rooms are spacious. However, problems with room cleaning and miscommunication with the staff- got repeatedly overcharged at the breakfast an had to address the staff again and again to receive the refund. Got unnecessarily delayed at the checkout by the staff, almost missing the taxi. Overall a good stay, but room for improvement.

The rooms were clean and large, with many helpful features (clothes washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, silverware, dishes, ironing board, coffee maker, etc.). The staff was friendly and helpful. It was very close to new and old town Prague, making it easy to walk to the site of interest.

We had a wonderful stay - fabulous large 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and extremely helpful (including booking transport to the airport for our 7:30 am flight). Location was great - walking distance to tourist sights. Kitchen was very basically equipped but had a coffee maker and was equipped for basic cooking, and there were many grocery stores nearby to stock up on food for breakfast and dinner. No laundry in the suite but apparently there is one in the building that guests can access

Communicating with the hotel was very easy and seamless. Our request for airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport was granted. Our drivers were very professional and prompt. The area itself is within 10 minutes walking from Old Town Square and the train station. It is also a less than five minute walk to the mall. There was construction during our stay but it was not audible from inside the hotel. The hotel is a quiet place to relax. The staff go above and beyond the call of duty e.g. providing directions and one staff member always had my favourite tea ready then minute I sat down for breakfast. The apartment had everything we need ie stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again if I visit Prague.

Not as good as expected

Location is very convenient being central but in a quiet street and all is pretty new. However the apartments was not very well distributed and cleaning was not good as we found a lot of hair all over the place from somebody else and we also found a nail on the floor which was not good with a small Kid walking around

Amazing quiet location in central Prague with super friendly staff from front desk to breakfast, that made us feel welcome. Our large family apartment with double height ceilings was amazing, clean and spacious. Breakfast had so many choices, and was a daily highlight for our family. Everything exceeded our expectations.
