Disappointed with Hotels.com

Booked 4 nights 60 sq meters room and the hotel offered only 40 sq meters room to us on the 1st night. After negotiation, the hotel changed to the room we booked room for the last three days which is spacious and comfortable. However, The email that I sent to Hotels.com did not get any .response or arrange refund for .almost a week. Very disappointed about Hotels.com

Old Royal Post was the perfect property for my family. The location is absolutely amazing; it’s close to everything but tucked away enough to be quiet and calm. Our suite was very clean and modern and included everything we needed. The staff prioritized customer service and were very helpful throughout all points of our stay. Excellent hotel!
Terrace vibe was culturally immersive and peaceful.

What a great place to stay! Couldn’t fault it at all! We had room 32 which had a bedroom and front room. Front room had a bed and sofa bed plus table and gallery kitchen. Excellent decor, clean, great condition. They had a PS5 for the boys to use. Excellent location for Charles Bridge. Restaurant below was fantastic - excellent breakfast! Would come back again!

Posizione strategica e tranquilla, a due passi da Ponte Carlo, una delle principali attrazioni turistiche della città, ma defilata rispetto al caos delle vie principali. L’appartamento 34 è fantastico: dotato di tutti i comfort (tra i quali anche la macchina del caffè con le capsule!) e arredato con molto molto gusto. Le travi di legno a vista sono uno spettacolo e la vista dei palazzi circostanti lascia piacevolmente sorpresi. Pulizia impeccabile e personale cordiale e disponibile.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Prague. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from Charles Bridge and surrounded by great restaurants and cafés. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and quiet, which made it perfect for resting after exploring the city. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.
