我們住的是高級房，房間很漂亮，價格亦很公道。美中不足的是wifi訊號很差，要貼近門口才有wifi，無法在床上隨意上網。另外，雖然聲稱有景觀（很多酒店都標榜有景觀），但其實沒有。如果想要河景，要注意酒店的位置，在中心的肯定不會有。

入住時發現是住閣樓...滿熱的 沒冷氣 以價錢來講應該有更好的選擇 不過服務態度還不錯 行李寄放也不用錢 飯店位置也真的很好

Great value in the heavy of Prague Old Town, literally only 100 m walk from Charles Bridge, yet very safe and quiet despite lots of cafés and restaurants all around. Good sized rooms, superbly clean and well kept room and bathroom. Furniture a little dated but workable. Very good bed and unusually good pillows. Friendly staff. Only two small suggestions for improvement: 1) missing small table or shelf in bathroom 2) breakfast ok but missing warm dishes .. if this is improved, we would - basis value for money - have given it 5 stars. We will definitely be back!

Good: location is ultra close to much of the main touristic attractions like Charles bridge and Klementinum Library, there is a restaurant included that I did not get to try Not so good: The room size was the smallest I have ever stayed in with sloped ceiling and large beam in the middle making it quite closterphobic and always havign to watch your head. And there was some kind of miscommunication with the staff about getting a takeway breakfast as I had mentioned to one staff I had to leave around 4am and the other staff working the night did not know and there was no breakfast prepared. Overall, for the price and the size of the room, I preferred the other hotel in stayed which was in Mala Strana which was better equipped and in a quieter area but if you want to be close to the nightlife, this hotel's location is excellent.

Trato muy amable, me ayudaron en lo todo lo que pedí. La habitación es pequeña, por lo que sugiero revisar las dimensiones, en especial de la regadera, antes de pedir la habitacion de cama individual, no la recomiendo para todos. En general, me encanto y más por su personal y por su ubicación

Es war eine Familie geführte Pension und suche auch entsprechend die Atmosphäre nett das Zimmer war so dass ich mich fühlte als würde ich in der Prager Altstadt wohnen, es war wirklich sehr schön. Das Haus hat Bögen und ist alt das hat mir sehr gefallen. Service tippitoppi gut sehr gut sogar.
