Great location, extremely helpful staff, very good breakfast with lots of options. The room we were in on the first night was very noisy due to the restaurant downstairs and the noise carrying upstairs. We requested a room change the following morning. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, we were given a new room and they checked in with us a few times to ensure we were satisfied and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel and very much enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here with my parents and child and our room was perfect. We stayed in the Royal Suite and it was great for the 4 of us. The breakfast was included and had a great selection. I did have dinner at the restaurant once and the food was amazing. The staff were friendly and so helpful. We also liked how walkable this part of the city is and how easy it was for us to get around!

This place was perfect, just a 2 min walk from the Charles bridge, located in the center of town. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The room was very nice and if the AC runs for a couple hours you can get the room actually cold! Breakfast was also good. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in while in Europe. I recommend calling ahead to get the AC turned on before you arrive in July. Highly recommend

The hotel is perfectly located close to Charles bridge and the old town square. The breakfast was great and offers a big selection of food and drinks. They also offers a dinner restaurant, but we never tried it. The room is big, but unfortunate the walls are very thin. We constantly heard the neighbors, children and pets. The staff is nice and helpful.
