下次到布拉格，一定再次這間飯店
飯店設備齊全又新，櫃檯服務好。離車站7-8分鐘路程（拉行李的情況）。距離最近的地鐵站大約五分鐘路程。本次住宿的早餐非常好吃，是這趟旅程最滿意的一間。唯一可惜的是淋浴間排水較差，希望能夠改善。

Great location, clean room, nice staff Less than 5 mins walk from train station to hotel. Clean room, not fancy type, but it provides all the basic functionalities you need (shower facilities, shampoo, shower gel, etc.). Staff are helpful. Breakfast was good.

Hotel close to Prague railway station
Hotel is actually lack of refined decoration that appears a bit old in terms of appearance. It is close to railway station, just about 5 mins walk. If walking to old town it will take around 20mins. At night there are not much choice for meal since the area is quiet, but overall it is a good stay there.

因為入住時是平安夜，櫃檯給了我們小餅乾。櫃檯有小瓶瓶裝水可以無限索取。到火車站很近，離主要廣場走路大概十五分鐘的距離。

非常棒，步行3分鐘內抵達火車站，知名景點皆在步行10分鐘範圍內，附近也有非常棒的生活機能包括超市、藥妝店、換匯店等，夜晚算安靜。本次出差入住兩晚臨馬路單人房，設施乾淨，單人床夠大張且舒適，棉被及枕頭亦舒適。早餐非常棒，若凌晨退房來不及享用，櫃臺會幫忙準備breakfast pack。若下次有機會赴布拉格旅遊仍將是住宿首選。

Nice Hotel
The hotel provided a quite nice and comfortable room which gave us a nice experience for living in the Prague. Furthermore, it is located at the main street, as a result it is convenient for tourists who travels to Prague in the first time. However, the inconvenience part is that hotel would provide free water in the room for tourists.

Bad experience
On the day of check in, we were changed to another hotel which Sovereign claimed that a same standard hotel as them because Sovereign said that they have a water supply problem. The hotel that they arranged, bad location, poor light in room, untidy....not a hotel that i will book if i saw the picture. Not a good feeling, and Sovereign still charged the same price(we booked two superior rooms at Sovereign) for that lousy room. This made me annoyed. Bad service.

Great location, very enjoyable breakfast. Room was clean, bed was terribly uncomfortable and pillows were tiny and well worn! Not much storage, no drawers for unpacking. Only a wardrobe with a couple shelves and 4 hangers. Typical small shower with handle right where you bump it with your elbow and not much water pressure so you have to stand in the corner of the shower stall. Would stay again if the bed was more comfy otherwise.

I’ve stayed here three times since 2015. The location is great. Close to multiple metro stations and very close to the main train station. It feels a little run down compared to 7 years ago. It’s a good place to just sleep and explore the city. I used it as base camp for my luggage and took day trips from there. Breakfast was excellent and hasn’t changed in years(it doesn’t need to). Overall a great value for a quiet location.

Hélas pas de télécommande TV. Donc pas de CNN ou TV5. Pour un 4*, c'est très décevant. Et, d'après le réceptionniste de nuit, cela dure depuis plusieurs mois.

De kamer die we kregen was voor invaliden, beetje ranzig, niet gerenoveerd en tot overmate een bed met kleine kruipende beestjes.....na veel heen en weer hebben we een andere kamer gekregen, deze was gerenoveerd en netjes, de airco werkte niet, met de ramen open veel lawaai op straat door het verkeer dat raasde over de keien. Het ontbijt was uitstekend en de ambience heel goed!
