酒店位置不错，临伏尔塔瓦河，早上沿着河边跑跑步很舒服。离老城广场很近，大概6、700米，去老城广场经过的路段两侧全是一线大品牌。

Cold Bath and Shower
There is a renovation in this hotel at the moment. I stayed in 3 nights (25-28 Oct) and the shower water was cold. Can you imagine such this situation in a 9-10 degrees celsius Prague? I have requested to change the room but the front staff said all the rooms were the same in fact. So, don't book this hotel until you make sure all the facilities are in good condition.

We got a room with the river and castle view. The view from the corner rooms is very beautiful. Hotel is decently located to attractions but you have to walk 15 min to get to the main area. Pool and sauna area is very nice, clean and relaxing. Our door to our room didn’t shut properly. You kind of had to mess with the handle to make sure it was locked which was a little weird. We didn’t have breakfast included and didn’t eat the breakfast buffet since it was €35. On this trip we stayed at some nice hotels and never paid more the €25. So this seemed a bit excessive. Especially since there wasn’t anything special about the breakfast. All around enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Top hotel
The location is absolutely brilliant for seeing the city without being smack bang in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool and spa is incredible. The room was stunning aside from a couple of tiny issues as a glass lampshade wasn’t attached properly and the curtain had come off the runner as the end was kissing however I sorted this myself so I’m sure it would have been remedied by the hotel had I’d asked as they were brilliant. Nice touches like free umbrellas at the door which were much needed as it rained non stop while we were there. They have a really cool bar on the top floor which would be awesome in the summer to sit out on the balcony. Regretfully we didn’t eat in levitate restaurant but it looks absolutely unbelievable. Will definitely stay again should we return to Prague

Informed Pool closed for last half of stay, no discount or cancellation allowed by hotel nor hotels.com. We had contscted both hotel and hotels.com twice, just to be ignored. The pool was fantastic too….

The hotel was good for shopp,And Restaurant.But the service in the restaurant was awful. The people did not say good morning. Our clean the table off we you come to look for and table. You always had to look for someone. And then did not come any table and say is everything is okay. The only young lady that made the omelette in the morning she was very friendly. But at the woman was in stress, while she had to do it alone. Until and young man had help her,He came with and cap on and made the waffle. But not clean his uniform, he was not really help for the woman that was making the omelette. I think the hotel was very clean but Service was awfully in restaurant, and service in front desk night was even awful . The security guard at night had to call someone to come in front, we had to wait around 20min. And the young man did not say good evening . He just ask for my name and gave us the key and to,d us what time breakfast was and we it located, and the swim pool and beauty lounge. I think they need to learn about Service on howto handle there guest. While that is and super Hotel and the rooms were super.

Good on the outside but disappointing insode.
The room size is completely disappointing and misleading in the advertising. The recent parts that have been remodel are welcomed and beautiful, but they don’t seem to have the quality to last. Beauty and presentation supersede, and the actual rooms have had a slapped Up makeover, bu the bones didn’t get fixed. Fresh paint and fixtures but need a complete redesign.

Overall a very good experience with a few areas that could be improved: - at arrival at breakfast, the first day was not shown what and where things were. Just told we could go in - the lady making the omelettes was excellent and deserves extra praise for the taste but her general brilliant attitude and smile. - no room service option available We had an issue with the air-con in our original room and when we made the reception aware, there was no issues and got moved - there was no issues and excellent service

The room was ok but even though it was a junior suite it didn’t have the desk for work and there were not enough electric outlets. The location is good. The workers were kind. The actual problem was too much dusts on the carpet, curtains and even on the pillows and linens. Whenever we touch the pillows and the comforter huge amount of dusts were floating.

The staff was extremely helpful. The suite was large and over well equipped. The view of the river from the term was amazing!! Extremely good breakfast. The check in was the only flaw in service. We had an awful time trying to get checked in, it was probably 45 minutes before they even got one person checked in in the line in front of us. I don’t know what it happened that day if it was just a fluke? But the facility in the staff after that totally made up for that little inconvenience! Have a wonderful place to stay, and a great location!

Clean, modern hotel near city centre
A modern hotel within walking distance of the main attractions of the city center. There is a great rooftop bar, with lovely views of the city and the river. Also offers a huge modern spa area. Many nice cafés in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Our room (with river views) was clean and spacious. The soft mattress on the window sill was a nice touch. It allows you to cuddle up in front of the window and watch the world go by.

Staff is 5-star; bathroom towels need an upgrade.
Warm and welcoming front-desk staff, who were very accommodating with our special requests. Every employee we encountered was friendly and professional. The room was well-appointed, with a magnificent river view. One complaint: The bathroom towels are very thin, not what I would expect in a 5-star hotel.

The President is a very nice hotel with a great view of the river or the castle and very close to Old town. the rooms are big and comfortable but the construction next door created a lot of noise so that part wasn't good. I expected the staff to be a bit more friendly and accommodating than they were.

Mein Aufenthalt war insgesamt gut. Ich hätte mir nur gewünscht, dass man den Pool vor 9 Uhr bereits benutzen kann, da ich noch vor dem Frühstück schwimmen wollte. Sonst sehr freundliches Personal.

도시 뷰와 조식이 매우 맘에 드는 숙소였어요! 직원분들도 친절하고 아늑한 분위기였습니다. 다만, 눈내리고 미끄러운 날이었는데 캐리어를 끌고 갈 경사로가 없다는 것이 아쉬웠고, 바로 앞 도로에 주차된 차들이 있어서 택시가 멈춰서서 짐을 내릴 여유공간이 없다는 게 아쉬웠습니다. 조식은 여기서 꼭 드세요.

I had a deluxe riverview room. It was of nice size with good amenities. However, the room was too warm and adjusting the AC didn't help. Four colleagues had the same issue in their rooms, some having to open the window (this was late November). Polite staff. Breakfast ok.

5Sterne würde ich dwm Hotel nie geben. Die Zimmer sind zwar sauber aber eher Durchschnitt. Das Bad hat macht eher den Eindruck wie günstige Mietwohnung. Eine Wanne mit Duschabtrennung ist definitiv nicht 5Sterne. Wir hatten das Zimmer auf Flußseite leider auch die Hauptsrasse. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist daher eher unmöglich. Das Buffet ist reichhaltig aber 10Töpfe mit Deckel hinzustellen wo man mehrere Hände braucht um seinen Teller zu füllen,macht es eher nervig. Genauso erwarte ich bei 5Sternen auch mehr als ein alten Toaster wo man Schlangw stehen muß. Also das Hotel hat einiges an Verbesserungspotenzial, ich würde mich zukünftig woanders einmieten, denn für diesen Komfort sind die Zimmer wirklich zu teuer und 50eur pro Nacht für den Parkplatz ist schon Wucher.
