Casa Elena is an apartment carefully restored and furnished with fine furniture, part of an ancient villa of the seventeenth century with the arches and columns. The spacious terraces overlooking the sea are the pride of the villa: one of these has a sea-view Jacuzzi. The location is strategic: the bus stop is just in front and the best restaurants are just a few meters away.The property is organized on two floors.FIRST FLOOR includes:• Large terrace, sea view, including a table and chairs for six, deck chairs, barbecue, outdoor shower and Jacuzzi (all the year)Please note: the pool needs about 24 hours to warm up.• Panoramic patio, accessible from every bedroom and living room with table and benches for eating outside• Large living room and dining area, with double sofa bed (160x190)• Kitchen with dishwasher - not habitable• Two large double bedrooms (bed size 160x190), with access to the front patios view • Two bathrooms with showerThe UPPER FLOOR includes a loft area with two single beds (not joinable).The house is easily accessible, located on the east side of Praiano with about 35 steps from the main road. Beautiful home!

Beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay at casa Elena. It was clean, cozy and had all the amenities we needed. Short walk to market, and close to several restaurants. The view was picturesque! We enjoyed a glass of wine on the veranda, taking in the sights and fresh air. Franceso was super responsive with all questions we had, and responded back right away. We truly enjoyed our stay, and we hope to oneday visit again.

Great Stay in Praiano

The photos on the website do not do justice to the size of the property. Casa Elena is an expansive property with three main areas: 1) the large loggia, on which we spent considerable time in the morning and afternoon, enjoying the stunning view of the bay 2) the outdoor dining area, which includes a lounging area and hot tub and finally, 3) the comfortable main residence. All spaces were spotlessly clean. Our SMAAC contact, Francesco, was very helpful. He arranged a car to pick us up at the train station in Naples on our arrival and to take us to the airport upon our departure. He assisted with restaurant reservations and a charter boat ride to Capri prior to our trip. His response to queries before and during the trip were almost instantaneous and always polite and helpful. In this regard, one couldn't have asked for more.

We had a fabulous time at Casa Elena

The outside area was the best part of the stay, we made full use of it. we cooked as a family every evening in garden. we found a great quality and value local butcher down in the town. Smaac were very helpful, responsive and proactive in ensuring that our visit was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We would highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at Casa Elena could not have been more perfect. Starting with our communication with Anna, whose patience and prompt responses when dealing with our 2 year COVID postponements was admirable, to Francesco, who was waiting at the villa for our arrival. He checked in with us regularly over our 12 day stay, providing any support and answers that we needed. As for the villa itself, an incredible view from both the veranda and the garden area, nothing but the sea! The location in Praiano is perfect, a charming, quiet and friendly area that was a perfect respite from our day trips to the busier areas along the Amalfi Coast. The local and Sita buses were easily accessed, and a car was not needed, not that there was anywhere to park in the busier towns. Lots of excellent restaurants, and a market just down the road made us glad we chose SMAAC and Casa Elena for our Italy trip.

My friends and I had the most magical stay here. The views are amazing and location is perfect. Walking distance from many restaurants and a grocery store. The Villa was very clean and spacious. However, the staff running this location is what truly made our trip amazing. I cannot thank Francesco enough. He helped me book many activities months in advance and always replied to any questions in a very timely manner with the most patience. I can confidently say we would not have had as beautiful of a trip as we did had Francesco not been helping us. Do not hesitate to book your stay here, you won’t regret it!!

Beautiful views of the ocean from this location! It is also conveniently located near the bus stop to get all around the Amalfi Coast. Our host was proactive and always available, and even helped us arrange transportation to and from the villa. They also provided a list of local restaurants with open/closing times. It was a wonderful experience!

The villa had great views and the area is quiet, yet still walkable to the grocery and a few restaurants. The only thing that I did not really like was that the 3rd bedroom is really an attic space without a door, and the stairs are steep and narrow and difficult to get luggage up. It would be fine for kids. The hosts were super responsive. If you need a scooter, they are just next door. The AC was fantastic.

Absolutely magical place to stay with an amazing host - The photos do this Praiano villa no justice, every detail was so cute and intentional. Spotlessly clean and well appointed with all the amenities needed for a longshort stay. The location was very good as you have 4 highly rated restaurants, 2 markets, Vespa rentals and a laundry service within a 4 minute walk. It’s a peaceful oasis in the otherwise overly-crowded Amalfi coast. The host (Francesco) responded within minutes to whatever we needed and was proactive either communications and instructions. We would recommend Casa Elena to anyone!

Very clean, comfortable and spacious apartment. The view from the front terrace is beautiful! The hot tub is secluded and private, and although we didn’t have the opportunity to use it, it looked very nice. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with, they were very proactive and helping us find the location and get settled. It was very convenient to be able to park the car right on the property. The only possible negative is that it is a bit removed from all of the action. It’s very quiet and peaceful, and there were twothree restaurants in walking distance that we found. Otherwise, we had to take the car to go to any nearby attractions. Overall a very nice stay!
