「Great location! Bed was comfortable ,but if you are light sensitive bring an eye-mask, bedroom is very bright. Apartment had everything we needed .Alyson was very easy to contact & responded right away when we reached out .we would definitely stay here again.」

「We came to PDC to ride over the 4th of July. This was a perfect spot for us. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was large for doing cooking and the pool on the 90 degree day was wonderful. The Irish pub is an easy walk where they have great food and a super friendly staff. We hope to come again sometime! 」

「Enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and conveniently located. If you are coming this way and have a boat, or just need plenty of parking,this is where you want to stay.」

「The property was niclely set up and quiet while we were there. Yard and porches are great along with the fire pit lighting to enjoy a nice night. There is boat landings down the road and the fishing was great. 10 miles down the river from lock 9. We pulled alot pf fish. 😁」

「Amazing place with remote (but not too remote) small town location. Much larger than the photos do justice for. There are three separate bedrooms (I think only one showed in the photos) as well as a pull out sofa. Everyone had plenty of space. Great time!」

「Stayed here for a weekend of UTVing. Great location in the bluffs of the Mississippi River. Unique property with a nice updated home. Very comfortable bed and had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. Easy drive to some good restaurants. Host was outstanding. We really enjoyed staying here! 」

「The Firefly Cottage was very well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had plenty of dishes, pots/pans, glasses, eating and cooking utensils. The beds were comfortable and lots of clean towels in kitchen and bath; plenty of TP, kleenex, salt and pepper, and a few other kitchen items to use. There were 3 TV's! We did have difficulty getting the sound loud enough on the TV, couldn't figure it out. We could have called owner and I'm sure they would have helped...

「We could not have asked for a better place, very comfortable, spacious, a very welcoming host (even invited us to dinner at his son’s restaurant), but the best part was an amazing property. If you love old farm houses this as good as it gets!We did the Driftless 100 in Elkader and stayed 2 nights maximizing everything from the modern kitchen to the comfy living room & beds to a perfectly placed fire pit to watch the sunset and sip bourbon after the race. 」

「Great place to kick back and unwind. The cabin was clean, and Michael was a great host, he was quick to respond to any questions we had. The view was absolutely amazing, and we were able to enjoy some wild life, deer, grouse and even a wood chuck! Would definitely recommend the cabin for a great get away.」
