「Bring earplugs &/or white noise. You’re sharing a home with the hosts, so sounds from their living area leak past interior doors.
Kudos to them for being willing to share an attached dwelling with strangers — I don’t think I could!
Other things to be aware of:
You may be charged $25 extra if unable to check in at the appointed time.
The short access road is bumpy, dusty gravel. Otherwise, all routes are paved.
Room was very clean and nicely appointed. It was nice to meet their dogs and cats...

「I thought we were getting our own place. It turned out to be a common area with two bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The common area was very clean, and coffee and a light snack were provided. There was also a refrigerator and a sitting area. In the bedroom, water and chocolates were provided. Also, toiletries were in the bathroom. Everything you need was there. It was very clean and comfortable.」

「Super fun RV park with lots of privacy. I think there was one more camper. We stayed in Clovis due to the proximity of Yosemite and Sequoia. There were 5 of us and comfortable for a couple of days. We used all the beds and cooked in the kitchen. Fun to see the stars at night.」
