「Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol.」

「I had a wonderful stay at Amber Lombok Beach Resort. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, which made the experience truly enjoyable.
I would especially like to thank Duta, the housekeeping manager, who went above and beyond to make my stay special. He is an absolute asset to your hotel. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine customer service truly stood out and made a lasting impression.

「One of the best hotel in Lombok, the hotel is very clean and the staffs are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is a must try! The food always exceed my expectations, and the price is very reasonable. I came to the hotel for its beach and the facilities but I stayed for the restaurant.」
