The residence is located in the hills above Praz-sur-Arly in a residential area. The village centre is about 1.8 km away, and the ski slopes are about 1.5 km away by road and about 200 metres away via an unmarked off-piste route. The swimming lake, open in summer, is only 2 km from this mountain rental.
You will have a private parking space and a private ski locker. The flat has a north- and west-facing balcony and direct access to the ski slopes (via an unmarked off-piste route).

End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.
