Not far from the residence is a shuttle bus stop, free in winter, which will take you to the foot of the slopes and the centre of the village of Praz-Sur-Arly. The residence is just 250 metres from the new swimming lake, which is open in summer.
There is a private outdoor parking space and a private ski room. The flat has a north-facing balcony.
