Predeal Hotel with Pool

"Fine hotel, but there’s room for improvement. Was traveling with my friend through Romania and this hotel was one of the less service minded. When we checked it the reception guy had limited English skills. Even in the restaurant there was lack of communication skills. But we manage to order anyway with pointing on the menu card :-) I would suggest the restaurant to welcomes their guest instead of looking scared at “English people” breakfast felt awkward. "There was a problem with the restaurant. Therefore, we were seamlessly moved to their sister hotel that was 1 min away. Check in was easy. The bed was comfy. The staff were friendly. We would stay again!"

"Great place, far from the world, with a great view on Mount Omu. Spa and pool are great as well (even if we shared them with a family with awful kids...). Cocktail with a view, great dinner with a view, and amazing breakfast with a view. The only thing was that we booked for 3 with our 6-year-old daughter who had no bed because considered as "sleeping with parents in a king size bed". We should have booked an extra-bed... which was not mentionned neither by Hotels.com nor the hotel. the hotel...
