200m from the beach, nice house for 6
Choose the ideal destination for a holiday or long weekend with multiple activities in this small seaside village nestled in the heart of the Côte de Jade! Préfailles. Above all a family seaside resort holding the European Blue Flag label for the quality and cleanliness of its bathing waters and Natura 2000 sites since 2003. Its motto "Who dips in it stays in it" sums up the close link between the town and the sea.
Located just steps from the town's shops, bars and restaurants and 200m from the large Préfailles beach. This fully renovated 120m² house on a 360m² enclosed and secure plot can accommodate up to 8 people.
Like many charming local houses, it has a few steps and interior landings and consists of an entrance to a kitchen-diner, equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home. (fridge freezer, vitro hob, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsules, toaster, kettle, raclette and crêpes party...) a toilet with shower and toilet, a TV-Wifi and board game lounge, giving access to a shaded lounge terrace. The corridor leads to a double bedroom (160), a room with a bunk bed (90-180), a separate shower room with an Italian shower and a laundry area (washing machine & tumble dryer) and a separate toilet.
Upstairs on the landing you will find 2 single beds (90x2) and a small attic room (140) both awaiting the installation of velux windows (January 2025) In no way hindering the comfort of the house, we will not fail to distribute an update of our photos as soon as the final work is completed.
The bright garden is laid out so that you can park 2 cars and secure your bikes (additional free spaces are available in front of the house) while enjoying a dining area, a lounge area with a shower, and a charcoal barbecue area, sun loungers...
Located in an ideal area for families, the rental is located at;
100 m from the first shops (local market and grocery store, bakery, bike rental, bars-restaurants, oyster hut, art shops,...)
200 m from the Grande Plage de Préfailles, and "Le Grand Bazar 1800" and the Préfailles sailing school

You will discover along the narrow streets or along the rocky coast many 1900s villas with incomparable architectural styles, those that are called here "The Ladies of the Coast" so much they are part of the history of this small seaside town. A few kilometres away, the historic centre of Pornic, its old port and its castle, that of Gilles de Rais better known as Bluebeard. Above all, don't leave without tasting all the local specialities such as the unique "Bouchots Mussels from La Plaine sur Mer", the famous "La Fraiseraie" ice creams and jams, the delicious "St-Michel" pancakes and not forgetting the hot or cold "Le curé Nantais" cheese.
This holiday rental is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
