"Refused service dog with disabled traveler, then attempted to charge for service dog, then decided that they hadn’t received the payment for the booking when sharon paid in full to hotels.com. Male concierge hotelier was incredibly ignorant without any knowledge of use of service animals. Could not contact hotels.com provided ample evidence with emails of proof of payment plus also info from hotels.com site. Hotelier would not take any of this information insisting room had never been paid for...
