This charming holiday apartment on the 2nd floor offers space for up to four people on 28 m² - perfect for couples or small families looking for a quiet beach holiday with a dreamlike view. The private, covered balcony with southeast orientation invites you to linger with its magnificent sea view and offers enough space to sit outside relaxed and enjoy the fresh sea breeze.



The apartment features a cosy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. The combined living and dining area is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen including cooker, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine and toaster - here you will find everything to prepare your meals yourself. A dining table for up to four people and a sofa bed offer additional comfort and flexibility. For entertainment, a TV is available, and air conditioning and heating ensure pleasant temperatures in every season. WiFi is of course included.



The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and mirror. For maximum privacy, the holiday apartment has a separate entrance. Bed linen and towels are also included in the rental price.



A parking space directly at the house belongs to the apartment, so that you can park your vehicle conveniently and safely. Smoking is permitted in the apartment, unfortunately pets are not allowed.



The holiday apartment is located in a quiet, idyllic environment, only about 100 metres from the gravel beach and concrete plateaus. In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre, which is only about 150 metres away. Public transport is also easily accessible. Enjoy the proximity to nature and the relaxed atmosphere, surrounded by an old olive grove.



Please note that the tourist tax must be paid on site. The use of air conditioning and a possible trailer parking space are chargeable extras that are available upon request. All ancillary costs for electricity, water, gas, and final cleaning are included in the rental price.
