VILLA MATHILDE Modern Family House near to the sea
It is a new family house with 150 square meters built in an are of 500 square meters with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with an open kitchen of 55 square meters, balcony of 36 square meters connected with a terrace of 63 square meters, where you have a shower and barbecue, excellent space to rest, play and enjoy the breeze of the late afternoon, its just 200 m from the beach.
The guests will have access to all areas of the house as it is a private house where you have total privacy.
Fully furnished and equipped house, We Can Provide Also beds for kids.
Very nice and calm small village on the Ugljan island (the name is Čeprljanda), perfect for family vacation.
Just 15 minutes walking distance by the sea center of the island is with supermarkets, butcher, pizzeria, bars and post office.
For our guests we also offer a bicycle for rides ..
From main village Preko, just 20 min. by ferry is Zadar, famous historical city, city Which During the summer time never sleeps.
From Kukljica, also village on the island, you can visit Kornati archipelago.
It's a day trip organized by local tourist agencies. Kornati archipelago is a Croatian National Park, with more than 90 islands. That is something you should visit !!! So beautiful and natural bonded.
Island of Ugljan is nice choice for your vacation !!!

Our vacation on the island of Ugljan in July 2023
A nice big house that has everything you need. We were two families with a total of 5 children (1-8 years) and we all had enough space and privacy. The house is tucked away but still in the center of the island and you can reach everything (shops/restaurants) by car in about 5-7 minutes. The landlady is super nice and helpful! We had our fun and would certainly choose this accommodation again. Thanks again Vedrana!

Ein sehr schönes Haus!
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Während unserem Aufenthalt hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir standen ständig in Kontakt mit ihr und sie half uns wo sie konnte. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen, da es sich in einer ruhigen Lage befindet und dennoch nah am Wasser ist.

Maison récente très bien située,très bien agencée et équipée
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans le petit village de Cepreljanda. La mer est seulement à 200 mts de la maison. L'environnement est très calme et sûr. L'île est très bien desservie par de nombreux ferry. Vedrana la propriétaire est très disponible et de bon conseil. Son accueil était très chaleureux, nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite comme chez nous.
