「 I was staying at the hotel yesterday and everything was okay when we checked in and the person who did the checked in for us was really nice too. However, after we checked in al the sudden the electricity from my room was out, we did not know what to do so we called the reception for help that the person who answered the phone’s attitude was serious awful. We were all really scared and trying to get help, he should not be yelling at someone/ the guest like that. 」

「很遗憾，这次预订的AinB圣家堂旅馆服务太令人失望了。我2个月前就预订了靠近圣家堂教堂的公寓酒店，但是，等下了飞机开车到酒店，却被告知将我们换到5公里之外的另一家公寓酒店，我们订这里就是为了能够去圣家堂教堂方便一些，步行就可以了，现在没有事先通知的情况下突然私自给我们换地方，把我们计划全部打乱。无论我们如何交涉，就说我们预订的地方没有房间了，一定要我们换地方，却连道歉都没有。由于此时临时去找酒店也很麻烦，不得已只得换地方，但换过去的地方，前台和住宿地以及停车场全部分开的，非常不便，而且正好是双休日，星期天车库关门，如果一定要用车，就得先步行到前台拿车库钥匙，再到车库开门，如果晚上用车，由于前台下班根本拿不到钥匙，无法用车，这种服务令人无语，还要多收费，原来预订的时候订单写明是免费停车，现在因为换了地方，而车库并不是酒店的，人家要收费，2天收了40欧元，酒店却没有任何表示。我在好订网订房已经很多年了，第一次预到这种蛮不讲理的服务，只能给差评。我给好订网联系过，至今也没有任何回应。」

「The apartment was superb. Fantastic place to stay, great location being minutes away from Mercat Nou metro. The rooms were large and airy, all fitted with air con and plentiful storage. Kitchen came with everything you could ever need to self cater. I cannot complain at all at the quality of the apartment. In fact the only complaint I have which takes this from a 10/10 to an 8/10 review is the lack of communication prior to travel. It took me chasing up the lack of an access code the day...

「Está muy bien ubicado, a sólo dos cuadras de la rambla que va a Colón y al puerto, aunque la calle donde está sí se ve algo peligrosa, pero en general Barcelona tiene áreas donde se ve medio inseguro, saliendo de la cuadra en qué se ubica todo lo demás se ve bastante tranquilo y seguro.」

「Nice property but difficult to get in and out (multiple layers of keys)」

「No reception in the building. There is only a small signboard outside & the bell at main entrance was malfunctioned. I were waiting outside the main entrance for half an hour coz I have no cell phone. In the meantime, I tried to ask for passerby's help & finally someone helped me to call the staff. When the staff came, I complained the bell was not worked & their reply was just "they knew"... No window inside the room.」
