「The house was just as described. We had a small graduation party for my son and his roommates after graduation at TAMUK. We had more than enough room, the house and setting were perfect. Highly recommend for anyone staying in the Kkngsville area.」

「As close to the Bay as a drive to your local grocery store. A great place for a family getaway. Son just got back from Navy deployment and our family got together to enjoy one another. Plenty of room to play games, sit out on porch in the morning drinking coffee and experience the cattle roam. Excellent 」

「The home was very welcoming and accommodations were amazing. We were so blessed to have been able to stay here on our last minute trip and it was so close to everything. The host was very responsive and polite. 5 stars all around !」

「asked the online help if the property had a coffee pot, pots pans and other items and was told it did not; it did have those. Property manager should provide a welcome manuel explaining the house rules and other information as is commonly done at other properties. Heating was inadequate and it was uncomfortable. Shower was hot and good.」
