"Staff is always helpful and very pleasant. The property is older but it is so clean."

"Our interaction with the staff was minimal, but they were polite and helpful. The room was tidy but there were handprints on the headboard and the cord to the lamp was frayed so we had to use the nightstand lamps. Breakfast was good, both waffle irons worked well. Parking was okay. Our key cards were very finicky and we had to hold them just right in order to get in. Not a bad overall experience but a few negative things that really stood out."

"Our room was on the inside side corner, so it was nice and quiet. No road noise. The room was plenty large enough and we used the refrigerator and microwave every day. The water was hot and the TV worked, so that was great! The breakfast in a bag was okay during COVID, but now I sure would prefer a small breakfast set up with scrambled eggs, oatmeal and juice, like the good ol' days. I'll be back."

"Beautiful property. Gorgeous hotel. Staff were above and beyond helpful and welcoming. Clean and comfortable room. As stated in description: parking is in an offsite FREE parking garage. Felt secure and a quick walk. Try the bistro and the speakeasy. This hotel nails the trifecta: location, design/vibe, convenience. We will be back."
