Great views and excellent space for family

We stayed here for a family wedding. The place was clean and well kept. The sunrises were beautiful and the patio was an awesome way to end the day around the fire pit. Would definitely stay here again.

Colter Bay Chateau

We had a wonderful stay at Colter Bay! This home is quite large and very well equipped! It is so very peaceful with an amazing view! Would highly recommend it especially for families that need to spread out a bit and not be on top of each other!

Prescott get away..

We were visiting Prescott with friends to explore different areas of the city for real estate opportunities. This VRBO home was conveniently located and excellently appointed with amenities to service our needs.The home on Coulter Bay is comfy with nice views and outdoor living space.

Great house to stay in. Rooms very nice. Very comfortable. Walk in bathtub was a cool experience! Outdoor fireplace worked easily. Note to management-indoor fireplace did not work for us.

A 70th Birthday Celebration

This property exceeded all expectations and certainly is one where photos do not do it justice. It was clean, well-equipped, and elegant. The management staff were extremely responsive and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer. As someone who is considering relocating to Prescott, this property provided fresh ideas and insight as to a great neighborhood to consider.

ERAU Graduation

We rented the home while we were in town for Embry-Riddle‘s graduation. The location of the home was safe and tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood. The home and yard were very nice, there is just some mild upkeep that they are working on. We had a problem with the door code however, property manager responded immediately, and we were able to get access.

Beautiful, Wonderful Colter Bay Chateau

We enjoyed almost a week long stay at this beautiful residence. The amenities provided by the Colter Bay home are tasteful and wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and the home provided us with a peace and comfort usually only provided at one's home. Although there were some minor repairs that need to be completed they did not take away from our residence or stay. The outdoor sitting area was wonderful and we enjoyed sitting there both at early evening and to view the stars and constellations. The home is tastefully decorated with all the amenities one could ask for. The check in and check out procedures were simple and easy. We hope to be able to stay again at the Colter Bay property for an extended stay next time. We rate it a 10 out of 10.

Beautiful home in a nice location. Overall as advertised One of two recliners broken. Living room tv a challenge to operate, no instructions provided. Kitchen screen door handle broken. Kitchen eating utensils (spoons) had two sizes:too small and too large. Some bathroom soap dispensers inoperable. Front bedrooms hard to cool at night.

The house and location were beautiful, the house was very clean. The view, the dining area and kitchen are outstanding. There were some small issues. The outdoor firepit did not work, there was no gas to the firepit. It took us one day and a call to the management company to figure out how wo work the TV, the instruction page was missing from the rental book, we had to have a representative come help us and she noted the missing page. The management company did respond very promptly and sent their agent to help us right away. The bed mattresses are hard and not comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice and clean with plenty of towels.

Nicest rental we have ever had

We stay in about 3 rentals each year, for a total of around 40 in the past 12 years. This is the nicest rental by far. Here are a few highlights in the order of impact to our vacation: 1. It was the quietest neighborhood we have experienced. 2. The view in the morning and evening while sitting on the back patio was amazing. 3. The interior must have been designed by an interior decorator, including floors, cabinets, counters, walls, ceiling, and furniture... the whole package. 4. We had everything we needed, for example, we had a full box of kitchen garbage bags, not just one to get us started then you are on your own. Thank you so much for opening your home to us and allowing us to stay. This was my wife's 60 birthday, which we celebrated with all 6 siblings... a rare occasion. We had a second house in town where another sibling lived. Thanks, Craig
