  • Beautiful deck overlooking the creek. The house is 960 sq ft, 3 bdrm, 2 baths. Centrally located between Prescott and Prescott Valley- 11 min away from historic downtown Prescott, 7min away from Prescott Valley. Beautiful, private outdoor seating, propane grill. The inside is newly updated. Includes fast WIFI, 2 smart TVs, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, walk in closet.
    Minutes away from Granite Dell, Lynx Lake, Watson Lake.
    Complimentary coffee and tea.
    House broken pets are welcomed.

Perfect place! The outside was completely fenced and there was a small creek that ran by it where we were lucky enough to see some wildlife like raccoons and javelinas. Beds were super comfy and they have everything you’d need to bake, cookout, make s’mores etc. Loved it!

The backyard has a fenced in pet area which was perfect for our Pomeranian. The house is was and plenty of room for 4 adults. It was very quiet, clean and accommodating. Great communication with with owners. Would love to stay here again.

This was our second stay at this property, and though it was a quick trip this time, it was just as clean and comfortable as our previous stay! The hosts are responsive and helpful - highly recommended!

Clean, comfortable accommodations

The home was situated off a main thoroughfare in a secure gated fence in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean, and well equipped for cooking and relaxation indoors or on the large deck and patio. We would stay there again!

Clean, modern, comfortable home

Very nice and efficient three bedroom updated home. Very nice bathrooms, comfortable beds and all the simple things you may need. Simple home that met all of our needs. Nice to have a place that pays attention to the cleanliness details. Great location for what we were in town for and close to major grocery stores and quite a few restaurants. All around great stay.

Place was clean and had a good central location, which means a lot. Only thing negative I can think of is the neighborhood location and the driveway entrance was a little awkward, but we made it work, not something that would keep us from staying again. Overall experience was great.

Great stay

This is a lovely little property. Very clean, matches pictures. We brought our 2 dogs, and the property is totally fenced in, so they had a good time as well.
