“Breakfast was just mediocre, coffee and tea advertised as available in lobby anytime but was not Pool water was cold and cloudy, however didn’t stop the kids from enjoying it. Overall good just a few things could’ve been better”

“We were greeted by a very friendly staff at all times during our stay. The room was super clean, and the lobby and the floor we stayed at was constantly being cleaned. From our room, you can see the bayfront and beautiful sunset. In the lobby, the hotel provided regular and decaffeinated coffee as well as hot water for tea or hot chocolate. The breakfast was super: different kind of cereals, juices, eggs (boiled and scrambled), sausages, oatmeal, make your own waffle, and all types of fruit. You……

“The property was clean and beautiful! The kids and I loved our sunset dinner overlooking the Bay on the patio of The Shoreline Bar & Grille. It was delicious with excellent service and prices! The outdoor Infiniti pool was breathtaking! We definitely made the right choice booking this gem!”

“The suite was large enough for our family of 5. The pullout bed was dirty with old sheets on it so we just closed it up and put bedsheets directly on the couch for a child to sleep on. Breakfast was great as always, staff friendly and hotel is in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants and 15 min to Presque isle.”

“This is a clean hotel that is a good place to stay before heading to Niagara. It was convenient that the washing machine and dryer could be used for free as long as you provided detergent. The staff were also very friendly.”
