Private Cabin on 1.6 acres boasting 180 feet of level lake frontage with westerly sunset views enjoyed anywhere from the lakeside or dock with dancefloor landing! Cozy with an upper and lower level (fireplace and bathroom on each level).  UPPER LEVEL: Kitchen with open-concept to living room (windows throughout offering unforgettable lake views). Upper Master Bedroom with King bed and built-in workspace with 24' dual monitors for working remotely. LOWER LEVEL: Wet bar with microfridge and fully stocked Keurig coffee bar. Open concept to lower level sleeping area with gas fireplace and endless views of beautiful North Turtle Lake. Bunkroom (Queen mattresses) is adjacent to this area and comes independently equipped with cubbies, a smart charging station, sconce, and 24" TV.  A bookshelf, games, and small crafting table also occupy this space for kid entertainment. 


Here you will find abundant parking and privacy from neighbors and road noise. Snowmobile trails are accessible from the property and popular Winman Trails (hiking, biking, fat tire biking, x-country skiing, and snowshoing) are only 5 minutes by car. Downhill ski resorts (Big Powderhorn and Snowriver Mountain) are only 35 minutes by car. Smart TVs provided throughout. You can connect to Wi-Fi and Netflix is included (bring passwords for all other streaming channels). Cook on the Weber grill and/or new kitchen appliances while s'mores can be enjoyed from the firepit! With plenty of outdoor seating options, you may find it difficult to pick your favorite!

The Area
Peaceful setting on over 900+ total acres of the Turtle Lake Chain. Paved roads until you get to the driveway for easy access and navigation. Cute town of Manitowish Waters with grocery store, salon, bar/restaurants, fine dining, gas station, hardware store, coffee shop, athletic club, home goods store, park, and post office only 8-10 minutes away. Boat landings and local public library area also only minutes away! Drive 20 minutes further to enjoy the bigger venues in downtown Minocqua and Woodruff. Veer southeast and visit more tourist attractions in Eagle River, St. Germain, Boulder Junction, etc.
