"Deze verhuurder vindt het normaal om iets anders te verhuren dan waarmee ze adverteert. Beschreven stond een begane grond appartement grenzend aan de tuin, met grote woonkamer en volledig uitgeruste keuken. In werkelijkheid kregen we een appartement op de zolder, met een klein halletje als woonkamer, een brakke keuken met een twee pits kookstel met veel te weinig spullen. Meteen bij aankomst met het kantoor gesproken dat dit volledig onacceptabel was, degene die ons ontving sprak alleen...

"It was a lovely roomy apartment with everything we needed provided.The Apartment was larger than we were expecting which was a lovely surprise. It had two toilets, a very big bathroom and a balcony with table and chairs. Close to a supermarket, pharmacy, local restaurants and the underground station was across the road from the apartment so made it very easy to get around. It was a short walk through a park to the Schonbrunn Palace. If we went again would definitely book this apartment."

"Wir mussten die Unterkunft hier hinwechseln aufgrund unzumutbarer Zustände in der anderen Unterkunft. Die Buchung ging schnell und reibungslos. Der Check-in war kontaktlos aber wir erhielten via WhatsApp genauste Anweisungen. Es war alles supereasy. Das Apartment war mit dem nötigsten bestückt. Die Küche haben wir nicht genutzt. Bad war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Es wäre toll wenn es Haken an der Wand gäbe um Sachen (Handtücher,...) aufzuhängen aber das ging auch so. Matratzen...
