Staff was very helpful, informed, and honest about their recommendations. there was FREE LAUNDRY...which, is particularly relevant on those rainy days. Maybe don't need a wash, but 30 mins in the dryer is a life saver! The store is full of tasteful gifts, and, if needed outerwear for those "unpredicted" days. Thank you to all! I'd definitely choose to stay here again. Now, if only they could have made the rain stop."

"The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient, within easy walking distance of Burnie town centre and local restaurants. The main downside was the parking. We weren’t able to get a parking spot at the hotel during our stay and had to use paid parking in the surrounding streets. The hotel restaurant kitchen also closes at 8:30pm on weekends, which was a little inconvenient when working late and returning to the hotel in the evening. Other than those two issues, we were happy with our stay and the hotel overall."
