"The property is very spacious and very much the traditional french/belgian country style. Rooms were big, great for a large family like ours. The private pool and hot tub were the star attractions, gorgeous and very clean and inviting. Sergio was easy to deal with and the process was very straightforward. We would definitely stay here again for a nice break, our week summer holiday here was wonderful."

"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. I couldn’t remember if this was a pay at property or if we had prepaid so I asked the guy who told me we owed €75. "Our patron is a very friendly and warm person. We felt well soon. This hermitage is nice prepared. Lights on all tables outside the house and on the frontdoor when the dark comes. Very cosy."

"Yes breakfast was good and parking. The reception leaves early and leaves note on door is the only thing we did not like. But clean room once we got it. "

"We had an excellent time at B&B Hotel Mons. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with great bathrooms and comfortable beds. However, the best part of the stay was the customer service. Most notably, Theo, who greeted us at the front desk on both of our visits (we had two nights booked in separated by a night elsewhere). He was warm, genuine, friendly and even provided my partner an opportunity to practice her french. Theo also celebrated our engagement with excitement and glee and made us feel welcoming throughout. I am not sure if there is any reward for a good review. But Theo deserves commendation for his excellent customer service. We plan to return down the line and hope to be greeted with him then too."
