"Pool was disgusting, not cleaned for a long time. Broken plug sockets on walls. Garden overgrown and bbq area filthy. Oven was dirty and door didn’t close properly. Air conditioning only in 2 bedrooms not anywhere else. No hairdryers anywhere. Towels and bedding very old and tired. External rubbish ..."
