The room was very clean and the property manage was on point and friendly. Hot tub was great and view was excellent. I'd add a fence to the left (east) side of the tub for a bit more privacy and protection from the wind.
Extremely clean and comfortable except for the sofa, but who goes there to sit on the sofa?
The views are breathtaking and the area is very quiet. Great location for going to wineries or sandbanks or even local beaches and stores.
I would come back in peak season without hesitation! Having this location pet friendly was what made us to decide to book there and I was really grateful to be able to bring along my furry friend.
Really nice spot. Although much of the outdoor space is shared, it still feels very private and quaint. Really great staff as well. The cottages are all super cute and have their own flair.
We were extremely pleased with the cottage. It was incredibly clean and well stocked with everthing we would need. They are thoughtful in providing everyday items. They were very quick to respond when we had a question and needed to contact them. The fact that there is a designated areas to take your pets was a benefit. Overall it was a very positive experience and we will definitely be returning.
The cottage was lovely and had everything we needed. The place was spotless and nicely decorated. Bed was comfy and loved the soap and hand cream. The location was perfect, right on the water with comfy seating to watch the swans and just a couple minutes walk into Wellington.

The bungalow as just what we needed. A chance to cook our own meal and just relax. The outdoor patio was nice, but the dock was disappointing.
Very quiet neighborhood, Tim Hortons, convenience store and a gas station is just across the street. Big stores are not far from the property also, very nice thing to have when you’re on vacation
Beautiful property, well maintained and very comfortable.
Close to sandbanks and picton but the view from the harbor cottage was absolutely perfect and relaxing.
We will definitely be going back
We absolutely adored the Harbour Front Cottage. It was right on the water and the views were incredible.
The cottage was amazing. We had the best time.
What a gem of a cottage.

Plenty of outdoor space on the large rooftop patio and waterfront dock. Good for groups/families. Quite a few things weren’t in working order when we arrived (lights on fans not functional, batteries drained on multiple remotes, fireplace pilot light out), but host was responsive and helpful.
We were provided a code to access the Cottage which was perfect as we did end up arriving about 1 hour after check in. Parking was nice and close to the cottage. The space was clean and bright and beautifully appointed. It had everything including the wine bottle opener that I had forgotten! We were able to walk to Dinner down at the Drake Devonshire and it was fabulous. Next day we watched the PEC Parade and watched the Giant Pumpkin Weigh off. Great place to stay! Highly recommend
We were booked in the Loyalist Cottage which had three bedrooms and could accommodate 6-7 persons, with only one bathroom to share. We were two persons on this trip and one bathroom was more than sufficient.
The unit is the farthest away on the property and you do not get a clear view of the lake. The location is no doubt right off the water, they have a beautiful seating area where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful nature, sunset and the wildlife. The white swans were a treat to see.
This was our first time staying at The Birch and we would certainly love to go back again. The cottage was very clean and very well equipped. It is situated on the West Lake and is close to amenities and restaurants. Walking distance from the Dunes Boat Tours company. Overall, a nice and cozy place to stay for a couple of days. Thanks to Samantha and Stephen for allowing us to check-in a couple of hours early.
This place was absolutely perfect. I stayed there with three friends and it was very comfortable for us. The space was very clean, almost brand new! Easy check in, area is quiet, has walkable restaurants and bars near by. We really enjoyed it and would definitely come back.
Just came back from a two night stay and absolutely had a fantastic time! Our cottage was super adorable, very well thought out with everything we needed. The owners are lovely and it’s obvious they put thief heart and soul into this business. I will 100% book this property again!!!
