“Unbelievably friendly staff, entertainment was top notch and jaw dropping, the food was non stop and beyond this world you literally get a food coma after each meal, alcohol was always available, the best all inclusive hotel by far! Everything from the staff to the service to the food to the drinks to the shows and entertainments to the activities to the pool and beach areas to the stay, all remarkable! Super Kids friendly and Adult friendly as well. Can't describe how amazing this place truly……

“We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by a Sea & Rent representative, only to be told that we were assigned a first-floor room—despite specifically booking a garden-level unit with direct access to the garden and pool. “The communication was great and the staff was very helpful. Check-in was easy. However, as soon as we entered the room, the floor smelled like urine. It was clearly soiled. If they remove the carpet and put in different linoleum or tile flooring, it would be much better. The trash from outside also made our bathroom stink. Please note the pictures in this post advertise a cleaner and more polished decor than what we arrived to. There were extra pillows, which we would have used except there were……

“A few thoughts...
Eilat needs better parking options. Not the responsibility of the hotel directly, but there are no great options for arriving by auto during a holiday or on a busy day. But, it seems that if the hotels got together with the city something could be done to improve both the parking and traffic flow around the hotels.
There could be something done in the main lobby area to reduce the noise. During check-in on a busy day the noise level is very high, likely due to the high number……
