「I selected this hotel primarily because side it had a pool because we were driving a long distance with young children. We got all checked in BEFORE the clerk told us the pool was “closed for maintenance.” Then there was someone getting arrested outside of our room in the middle of the night……..would NOT recommend this hotel」

「Our room was not ready after 8pm when we arrived to check in. They then stated it was and we checked and it still wasn't. We left and went elsewhere.」

「The hotel was pretty nice, the Wave restaurant in particular was awesome. The indoor pool felt a bit dated, but my kids still enjoyed it. The outdoor pool was super nice and we spent a decent amount of time there. The grounds were very well maintained and the views of the lake were spectacular of course. The staff was pleasant enough for the most part. We were just a bit disappointed with our room, it felt relatively small and dated, however it wasn't really where we spent most of our time, so...

「Room seemed clean at first. After looking, few things were missed. The biggest was having ants in the room!!!!!! I could see if there was tons of food or drink out or spilled. Absolutely none of that and kept seeing ants. So disgusting!!」
