The place looks like it hasn’t had any updating in 30 years, the sheers are rotten and falling apart, but on the good side the rooms are clean the staff is friendly.

Room was grubby, centre of the tile floor was clean but along the walls and under the floating sink had dirt in the tiles. Carpet was dark and looked ok but my socks told another story. All the staff was very friendly.

A very run down motel . The furniture was in need of replacement. Junk piled up around the property, paint was peeling on the exterior. Partially finished Gyprock. 6 electrical appliances plugged into one power bar. The shower head was terrible and in need of replacement. The only redeeming feature was the bed , which was very comfortable. How this motel maintains a Sandman franchise is surprising.

Could use some upgrading and cleaning up outside ….empty cigarette packs on the ground at the bottom of the stairs at the back. Also stairs a little sketchy. Room was clean and the lady at check in very nice.

It would have been nice to add the pets to my booking online, I arrived early and they were able to change the room to a pet friendly one which was up a flight of stairs. (I have a knee injury) but we managed. Then it was scary when the room we were in was given to someone else who entered the room and scared us and our dogs. However the office staff fixed that issue. Room 201, also had a buzzing noise coming from the ceiling near the microwave/fridge area which was annoying, otherwise our stay was peaceful. Thank you
