「Our first room was very dirty and disgusting upon check in. Very obvious the room was not cleaned. We found what looked like poop on the back of the bathroom door, pubic hair on the soap dish, and a fake nail on the floor in front of the sink. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were helpful and did their best, but management needs to address the larger issues. The room description was inaccurate.
