  • It doesn't get any better than this: a gorgeous, light, bright, breezy, full-ocean-view condo. Two wonderful lanais, private and quiet. The perfect place to watch dolphins and whales play. Enjoy rainbows across Kauai's pristine mountains. While sipping your morning coffee on the lanai, the albatross sail across the blue skies.

    Our condo is very well-maintained on the second-floor walk-up (10 steps) and includes fun-in-the-sun amenities such as beach towels and chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Fully stocked kitchen with an ocean view. No need to bring anything more than your bathing suits.

    Beautifully furnished bedroom suite with a private lanai, full bathroom, and a portable floor AC unit. Another full bath off the living area. Perfect for a couple's vacation, honeymoon, or quiet getaway.

    All fees are included in the price with no additional parking, cleaning or resort fees.

We had an amazing stay at this Jerry and Barb’s condo. We have stayed in Princeville before, and this was the best location that we have found in all our stays. The condo is spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the amenities and the attention to detail that the Simpson family has provided to every aspect of their property. We hope to return someday

Excellent location, watched whales breach and tail slap, located close to a grocery store for cooking supplies (easy to cook/clean with upgraded appliances), great proximity to Princeville airport (helicopter tour!) and the complex jacuzzi felt great after we hiked down into and back out of Waimea Canyon.

The view from our condo was exactly as listed. Beautiful, clean and great location. The condo owners send all details prior to arrival. The info was extremely helpful. I highly recommend.

Everything was absolutely perfect stocked with all things necessary for a beautiful time. We stayed last year and came back because it met our needs and we were pleasantly surprised by new floors and furniture this year. The hosts were amazing and communication was awesome. We are planning our trip for next year already.

Wonderful place to stay!! Amazing views of the ocean. We saw whales from our lanai every day we were there. Very clean unit. Nice extra touches, umbrellas, beach bags, beach chairs, coolers. This unit felt like a home away from home! The community pool and hot tub was an added bonus.

Excellent stay and highly recommend this vacation property. Very clean. Perfect location. Loved the view from kitchen with ocean and mountains. Saw many whales from lanai. Pool area for adults is great and other vacationers very friendly. Perfect walking neighborhood and close to shops and restaurants. The mattress is on the soft side but having two full bathrooms is a real plus. Would love to stay here again in the future. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful stay at the Cliffs

This condo has beautiful views that allowed us to feel Hawaii even as we relaxed "at home" in between outings. The property had everything we needed to be comfortable and prepare meals at home; and the property owners were very helpful and available for any of our questions.
